The online application to open a bank account wouldn't let me check the box and now they have all my personal information that they shouldn't have seeing that I couldn't open up the account

This right here is an example of a bank that will go out of business soon. Laughable rates; a lobby full of employees with nothing to do; and poor customer policies. This bank will not change bills from their ATM unless you have an account. They wouldn’t change 5 $20s I pulled out of their ATM into a $100 because I didn’t have an account. But I could get a stuffy if I signed up for an account! What a joke of a bank. Thankful for real banks like USAA.

Don't value 20 years of business. I've had an account here since early 2000s and had a mortgage through them. They wouldn't let me deposit a properly endorsed check that my husband signed over to me, nor a check for $100 addressed to my husband and I from the state (properly endorsed). Going to be changing over my accounts to another institution and won't be borrowing any money or using products from this institution. Congrats on turning off a 20 year customer.

While going through the drive through (which is horribly designed as it is) I take out my account ID number and the check I had signed and wished to deposit. This check was for $70, written by my father bearing the same last name in payment for purchasing eBay goods on his behalf. I hand over the signed check and a card bearing my account #, and request $10 out of the $70 back in cash. They request my drivers license, which I did not have on me.
I said I did not, and asked if my SSN would suffice. They said no. Refused to give me $10 despite my depositing $70 and having the account number. I have 3 accounts there.
Unbelievable to me is the overall incompetence I encountered visiting this bank. Utterly ridiculous.
