The staff isn't very nice. & They are very slow on loan decisions especially since they were quick to take my paper work here we are two weeks in no update even though they promised an update .. sad because people are struggling during hard times and the way I've been treated is unacceptable .

As long as your paychecks are written from First Merritt it's golden. Workplace checking account has no fees and no minimum limit. I recommend it if your paycheck is written through them.

i had 2 dollars and 60 cents and because of inactivity they took that money i guess? and close my account and told me nothing about it now i have to get a different bank if they dont pull the same bs this first merit place did i recomend noone to go here they are scammers.
