Resort has not had improvements since it was built about 40 years ago..looks impressive from the front
Ride around the back of the building. Mold covered air conditioning units. Wires hanging 2nd floor to 1st floor. Faucets leaked. So unfortunate. This used to be 5☆ in my book.
Completely in need of a massive renovation.

The front desk Lady Mrs Phillise was a pleasure she made sure we had everything we needed ❤!!It's under new management and they are short handed of staff .
Noteworthy details: The Golf course is what is good
Having a pool and Hot tub made it worth it all

I booked from thurs to sunday.Not good. My room flooded first day. Next day they ran out of hot water for the weekend.breakfast lol ...everywhere else was booked. . the compensation was a free night on my next visit.. Yea right. Never again. No fridge or microwave either. Sorry but its all true.

Had high hopes for this place because it's in my neighborhood. Finally got a chance to try it out and was really disappointed. Waited about 20 minutes to get a drink and after 35 minutes my dinner order had still not been taken. Paid for my drink and left. If you can't hire adequate staff to cover your crowd, then just don't open the doors.

Terrible place to stay. Feel like I was taken advantage of. Painful beds that looked like they were from the 70's, no hot water, coffee was putrid and lady at check out was creepy codependent.

One of my favorite golf courses in the tri-city area. The course has made huge improvements over the past few years and the staff is always welcoming.

I can't tell you anything about the rooms here, it the staff, because when we arrived to check in, there was no one around. We arranged for a late check in because we were traveling a long distance that night, but all we were greeted with was a sign that said "Sorry for the inconvenience. Will return in 15 minutes"... we waited 45 minutes.

So I visited this past weekend January 13th I booked a parlor room the room was nice it was freezing but over all nice and clean. I came from Arizona and was wanting to let my grandkids swim and just enjoy them , well we went and enjoyed the pool but when it came time to ask for towels I was told there was not a single clean towel in the whole hotel to accommodate my family by the man at the front desk. We asked before getting in the pool and he stated that they were in the wash and would be brought to us by housekeeping, we then asked a second time and was told the same thing, so 90 mins later I went and asked and I was told there was no towels and housekeeping was gone so I asked for bath towels I was given 1 towel for 4 children, I was also told that was the last clean towel in the whole hotel. There was a pool party going on so the lady from the pool party was nice enough to share 3 towels for my grandchildren! So we packed up and left the property, I was issued a full refund ! Now here lies the other problem I spoke with Jessica the next day I explained the situation and asked her if I brought my grandchildren back to swim on Sunday if there would be towels and she assured me there would be, but again there was not and I paid for them to swim. When I did go and ask for towels I was told they were in the dryer and an hour later still no towels but the guy at the front desk with Jessica was nice enough to hit his weed pen while I was standing there and blew it in face that was extremely rude!!! So I've reached out to management and what a surprise she sent me to voice mail.... twice, I'm assuming I won't get a call back!!! So my recommendation for this place is in the high negatives, so far I see no professionalism I absolutely do not recommend this place nor would I everRooms: The room was clean and spacious, the pool was warm but the guy at the front desk was disgustingly rude and bilinerant, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel on account of him and him only, I highly recommend replacing him, you're going to lose business as long as he stays an employee
