Working with Emilee was wonderful from beginning to end! She was able to get me into my dream car within days of my previous car breaking down. Yvonne was very patient and helpful when it came to finalizing and signing all the papers. Not once did I ever feel taken advantage of or like anyone was trying to pull one over on me. The car I got is practically new and the price was great. So glad I was able to work with the team at Graff!

Service people were very nice, work was done quickly (oil change and tire rotation). Very disappointed they wouldn’t accept my coupon for the oil change because it wasn’t printed. I’ll go elsewhere for my next oil change. $75.00 was a pretty hefty price to pay.Update to my review: I got a call from Kayla who was wonderful and honored the coupon price for the oil change. Very pleased with her call and the support at Graff! Thank you Graff.

I recently went in for an oil change and there was issues with the pricing. Very soon after I received a call from a manager, and they were great about trying to correct the situation. I really appreciate them looking out for their customers, and being concerned about them leaving happy. They went above and beyond, and made it right for me. As a long time customer I will continue to go to Graff, and will always refer others to them as well.

Got myself this used car. The guy I worked with I believe his name was Alex, provided a very helpful and inviting experience. Unfortunately the car was/is a bit of a problem child. No real Issues with it driving just needs a lot of love done to keep her reliable. Had to invest a few extra hundred on top of the buying price for essential parts. Now keep in mind this car was an "as is" buy. So I fully understood that there could be some things going on with her. And for the most part it's fine. But holy Christmas do u worry sometimes. But hey that is the price you pay for a used 13yo car that wasn't cared for the best by it's previous owner. Interior is clean tho. :)

Took my vehicle in to have it looked at due to some motor blower issues with the air vent… Everyone I encountered there was very kind and helpful. As soon as they found out the issue, they called me and were able to start working on it right away and get it fixed so I could have it by the next day. My vehicle is working just fine now. Very pleased with the service At Graft.

I had a deer run into the side of my car that caused about $6000 of damage. I've never had to deal with anything like this. Graff handled everything! From the insurance company to fixing my car like new!! They kept me informed of progress and worked hard to get it done by the time my insurance time for the rental vehicle ran out. I highly recommend Graff Body Shop! My car looks awesome!! Thanks to Shannon and the rest of the guys who worked on it! Unfortunately don't know their names but I am very grateful for service!! Thank you!!

Service for my basic recall was fantastic. I was going to be leaving on a long distance trip in two days so I asked if the engine fluids & air in tires could be checked. Absolutely, without any problems was the response. They even washed my car….all completed in less than an hour.

Steve is an amazing salesman. He was very thorough and made sure I understand the features of my new vehicle before I drove off. Jaren is a great “closer” Aka finance guy. He explained the optional packages avail such as extended ware and tear insurance and didn’t try to pressure me into buying them.Great job Graff!

I got the recall for the airbag a long time ago and went to you service department and was told that when the part came in you would call me now fast forward 2 yrs and I had to stop in and ask about the airbag recall again and was told originally that I would get a call when one came in.I stopped I. a few days later and the guy that helped me looked and found that there was 4 on the shelves and they had been in stock for 3 months so I set up an appointment and finally got it fixed. so moral of the story is one person don't talk to another person . oh and my wifes car has a airbag recall and the airbag sensor is on and I was told that it was going to have to come in for an inspection which would cost me 150.00 to do which is totally not right if there is an airbag recall all ready on the vehicle.

Can’t say enough good things abut the folks that work here. Service and sales staff are great! Broke down with my truck while pulling my camper. Came in right at closing and they stayed open and helped me with all my needs. I had to get a hotel while my truck was repaired. They drove me to my hotel and got my truck fixed very quickly the next morning so I could continue on my vacation. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a vehicle from Renee and Ben. They are super honest and just good people.

I had body work done to my vehicle after I got rear ended. My vehicle was fully functioning so there was no need to rush to get it in. When I scheduled my drop off date I was quoted 4 days as the estimated time it would take to get the work done. I understand this is just an estimate. After 9 days and NO updates I called to find out what was going on and had to leave a voicemail. Initially I was told they were waiting on parts to come in. When I called for clarification, yes they were waiting on a part (the emblem that could be put on anytime after the work is done or later when it came in), however my vehicle was still in paint and then had to be reassembled and that were "just at the mercy of when they can get to it". I was quoted another week at this time. 8 days later - with no update I called again. I'm told that we're waiting on glass to put the back window back in and then it still needs to be reassembled. 1-2 more days. They had my vehicle 20 days. Never called to update me once when things took 2-5 x as long as they said. They came up with excuses instead of owning up that their estimate time ways WAY off because they couldn't coordinate their different departments to get it done in a timely manner. I had a rental for this entire time that was largely covered by insurance but the random charges I got from it was an additional car payment for the month. If I was aware I'd be without my vehicle for almost 3 weeks I would have made some other arrangements. I will not go to this location if I ever need work again. Shannon was not great to work with.
