I donate often and have always been greeted the second I pull up. Everyone is very nice and seem to be very thankful for my donations. Today I dealt with Mike and he was a pleasure to interact with.

Associates were nice. But Goodwill has LOST their minds with these prices. Your stock is donated, yet you’re charging full or almost full retail prices for used/damaged items. Insanity.

Remodeling was the worst thing they could've done. Prices have gone up. $7.49 for jeans?? 5.99 for a t-shirt?? Found a half used candle for $6.99 Really? All of the hard goods are things you'd find at TJMaxx.. at TJMaxx prices. Most of the store is womens clothing while they have one "wall" of mens clothing. I have been going to this goodwill for years and have loved it. I won't be back. You're a thirft store, not a department store.

Crazy how one person made this store go from something special with so much potential and lots of amazing things looking up for it. To a completely soulless and disappointing place that most regulars refuse to shop at anymore. Sad part is, corporate knew this was going to happened and was warned. But pushed the good people out.

Prices are getting too high. Everything has gone up considerably. $5.99 for a t-shirt. They used to have half off on certain color tags all week. Now they only do that on Sundays. Since the recent remodel, there is a lot of new merchandise, priced just like retail. The thrift store isn't thrifty anymore. The service has declined terribly too. The other day, I stood at the counter for five minutes while two employees had a conversation behind the counter, and never once acknowledged me. One said to the other that she wasn't logged into the till and didn't want to get in trouble. Okay, but maybe you could fetch someone who can help me (there were at least three other people nearby, arranging stock), or at the very least, greet me like a person instead of ignoring me entirely?Skip this one. Do yourself a favor and shop at the Salvation Army down the road instead, where it's still cheap and friendly.
