Great work, very friendly and professional installation tech. The tech also was very educational by showing me how to change out the glass, also why things are done in a certain way to prevent cracking of the glass. Will definitely call them again for all glass repair/replacement work.

Their website says "Our glass services benefit your home by providing window repairs". I called about a chip in our front window of our home and was told they don't fix it. Are you or are you not, glass doctors?? Why promote glass repair on your website and then tell people you can't fix it? They told me to contact Window World. There are no local branches for Window World.

A dog that I previously had literally broke a window by jumping through the glass in my enclosed back porch. I was worried that replacing the glass was going to be expensive or someone would try telling me that the entire window needed to be replaced. I called The Glass Doctor and they came out quickly to take a look. They were professional and confident that they could replace just the glass without having to redo the entire window at a fair price. They got the job done and I'm happy with the end result. I highly recommend them and would call them again for any window or glass repair if needed. Thank you guys!

We had Glass Doctor of Bay City come out to replace the thermal pane glass on a kitchen window that had broken. They did an excellent job and the window looks great! I would definitely recommend them!
