I recently used your services to print off a single label. Because your computer speed and internet was so slow, it tacked on an additional 2.5 minutes which you charge $.45 a minute. Then, the default printer wasn’t correct, so I was charged an additional $.65 for a page that didn’t even print.I can’t believe I was charged over $4 to print a label.

Dawn and Tary were extremely helpful with my very large print job. They took time out of their busy afternoon to assist me and were friendly/outgoing the whole time I was in the store. I was on a tight deadline and needed to print/ship these documents by the end of the day. That would not have been possible without Dawn and Tary!

I wanted to give a shout out to the Fed Ex Office store in Bay City on Wilder Rd. I had some color copies to make on cardstock so I first stopped at the UPS store which could not get their machine working, and....it only printed in black and white. When I saw the Fed Ex store just down in the next shopping plaza, I walked down, was greeted by a lovely person (Ashley) who helped me get the color prints I wanted and even printed them on glossy cardstock! I was even able to use the large cutting machine which made it super easy to cut the individual cards out. Great service, excellent products and awesome team member (thanks again Ashley). You have a happy customer who will be back!

Don't ever ship anything important through FedEx. My package was never delivered and they have been impossible to deal with. Horrific customer service.

I arrived and told it would take 2 hours to do tabs. A simple job Fed Ex has done dozens of times at other stores but not at this location. It was recommended I go to Staples down the street.
