Dirty and understaffed. I rolled my ankle walking across the busted parking lot. Despite the store still being open the parking lot lights were off and I couldn't see the massive potholes.

lets talk about attitude. The man scruffy face with severe attitude lied to the gal up front and was like you're gonna be at your register for 3 hours or more because i just got a truck and they take forever. He also stated that my 2 kiddos who asked to use the restroom but refused to give the key ? were trashing his store yet werent . I asked if there was a manager working and he said , " I am a part time acting manager" .. I was very concerned about his actions as he kept having attitude towards me when i came in as my kiddos were on video call with me the entire time. I find it ridiculous that he felt the need to bully my son but changed his attitude when my husband asked for the key.. Now mind you i spent 67 plus dollars at that store plus webt back to purchase another 27 in drinks and we were definitely customers but his behaviour was well beyond anything classified as normal. He kept leaving the front of the store and was not available for the clerk who had more than a few ppl up front because he kept disappearing and it wasnt anywhere near the truck that was delivering products to the store. The bathroom had a very rank odor cross between Marijuana and mold .My son threw up and was extremely ? light headed and dizzy after using the facilities.The store had empty shelves with Halloween products out along with shelves with totes and no lids ( i tried each lid yet they werent there ) i ended up getting a more expensive one because the cheaper one did not have a lid. Everything down a few different aisles were just clustered together with no organization whatsoever. . The refrigerator section needed to have its doors cleaned as they were sticky and nearly empty yet there were other items layed in there from different sections. ? The front of the store where the registers were had open containers of various drinks that were being consumed by the workers and were near where the scanner was for peoples purchases. Very unprofessional.. It was also witnessed that he ( the acting part time manager ) had mischarged a customer who came back inside to let him know of his mistake and he had attitude then.I rarely judge a store but this one is by far the worst one i have seen recently with bad attitude and disorganization.. I am sorry but it isnt even Halloween and to cram stuff on each shelf makes me wish i would have visited a dollar tree or family dollar instead.I would go to a differnt store other than this one.

The parking lot will swallow your vehicle! Worst parking lot in all Bay City! The female employees at this location care more about discussing their personal problems then helping customers. So many times I’ve had to wait in line an extremely long time because the cashiers need to vent to everyone about their lives, terrible job, and even trying to hook up with a date. And the daily language used between employees and customers is grossly vulgar and one female always wears a crop top; cleavage and belly showing. It’s completely unprofessional and makes me extremely uncomfortable everytime I shop there. The store always has merchandise laying around not put away and the aisles are over cluttered. Horrible place to shop due to the employees. Its been over a year I’ve lived in this area and nothing changes.

Kim is a very rude employee. She will talk and talk and talk when ringing up your stuff. And then act like you're the reason she made a mistake. She is VERY rude to special needs customers, and will demand that a group of kids leave. I will ONLY go in when she is not working.
