Not helpful at all. The staff has poor work ethic. My regular pharmacy didnt have the med i needed, so they tried to call cvs. My husband headed over there, they didn't have the script, he called our pharmacy and they said know one would answer the phone. Then 24 hours later they send a text that my rx is ready. Thankfully walmart came through and filled my Tamiflu rx, so I didn't have to suffer. -10 stars

Had a great experience at the CVS today. Was able to get a prescription called in from Virginia and also another prescription filled within 20 minutes for my daughter with strep. Really appreciate how quickly and efficiently they worked on our prescriptions today. Friendly staff. Clean store. So grateful for CVS being nationwide and transferring all of our information.

Id wish we coukd give a NEGATIVE STAR RATING!!! Same issue happened today. My grandmother got txts that her prescriptionwas ready and she goes in and they tell her, "we dont have anything" she was there and argued with the pharmacist for some time and FINALLY someone took a look amd whoa! There was a prescriptionBUT get this! It was even filled! And that was sent to them on 11th! Also was supposedto get a call from the D.m. for my previous experiencebut never got one.(9/14/23>>Went to pick up my grams Rx today, that was called in on Friday. (CVS told her they were going to fill it Friday. It wasnt ready) and They STILL didn't have it ready. Lady at the counter says, yeah, we're really behind. We are still working on Rx for the 18th. (It's now the 22nd) if you're that behind, you should probably be working longer hours or have more ppl! You're dealing with people's Rx!

I stopped by the bay city Euclid location after a doc visit to check on the prescriptions. I was told only one prescription was in stock and the other would be ready in 30 minutes and they would contact me. After 3 hours of no calls or texts I decided to call. Phone rang for about a full minute before the store front manager picked up the phone and said nothing. After getting him to speak and transfer me to pharmacy I was told that one prescription was finally ready and the other was still out of stock. I proceeded to ask the lady on the phone in the pharmacy if there were any other stores with the medications. She then hung up on me(assuming she didn’t want to do her job and was frustrated with me bothering her with work) so I decided to go into the store myself. After talking to the pharmacy manager(a friendly short Indian man) it was apparent they had clue what they were doing or had done wrong(hanging up on me asking them to do their job). Finally they said we sent it to the Saginaw location and I departed. In the parking lot I decided to make a call to Saginaw to see if the meds were truly sent to that location and frustratingly found they had only sent one of the medications. So I once again entered the store and asked them to please send both medications. It was apparent every employee at this location was not busy as they were all now staring at me trying to do their job for them. None of these people should be in the health care field let alone customer service front. Just take a look at their reviews

There are 3 workers (who appear to be managers) at CVS that I adore working at the registers up front. Outside of that, the customer service is dry, uninviting, and the pharmacy staff needs to be replaced entirely… I was going to work here as a part time job, until I really thought about the environment I’d be placing myself into, and I realized I wouldn’t want to put myself in that position. I will be switching pharmacies.

Absolutely Horrible! I have never had such a bad experience at CVS. The pharmacy took a lotttttt of time to get the pick up ready for the medicines. In fact, I havent gotten my medications yet! Not respectful of their customers time. The lady at the billing counter in pharmacy doesn’t know how to speak well to their customers. I would not recommend anyone to rely on this store. Go to Walmart or Walgreens instead!

Went to pick up a $1000 money gram, I'm told they only do increments of $500 and they don't have that kind of cash on hand and can't do a straight money order? Then when asked for the district managers number because I was getting no where with in store I was given a website to make suggestions or comments to and told they don't give out district mangers numbers, it is 2023we have Internet and this store acts like it's in a 3rd world country and doesn't understand how things work, go to Walgreens

Terrible people in the pharmacy. Not only do they over talk you they talk down to you as well. This is the only place my medication insurance covers or id be going elsewhere.

I call to make sure my prescription is ready a day or two before I decide to go. I am told it's sitting there ready for me. Wait im like 30+ minutes and it's never ready. Getting really disappointed with this location.

I'm having trouble giving this store even 1 star! They are overworked, short staffed, and they are very rude and taking it out on the customers! They were so rude to me and other customers while I was waiting 30 minutes to get my Rx filled. I would go elsewhere if I didn't need them when I am in Florida for the Winter. I can say they are much nicer in Florida!
