Me and my wife have rented there for a while she ended up switching jobs due to being pregnant we eventually lost the baby... We were like a week late and keith made a HUGE deal about us being late harassing us saying if you can't afford then we are coming over and getting all the stuff well we decide to go talk to him in person my wife walked in and talked to Keith to let him know what was going on he said well if you can't afford us then you should probably keep your legs closed and told us he didn't care that we lost a baby he was literally screaming at her while his female worker was there listening to it... All he said was he wants his money... Totally disgusted in Keith

Bad Axe Mi Continental has awesome employees! Willy, and John go out of their way to help customers 100% always! We had so many great things we bought from their store and never once had any issues never returned anything! There was one time we had purchased a bed frame got here and we were missing the bottom bars due to another store that gave them wrong size. They drove all the way back to our house to fix the issue! We really appreciate that! Xavier you rock with your politeness and patients. Thank you again!

The assistant manager at Caro Continental Rental is extremely unprofessional and immature and needs to be fired. He was extremely rude and disrespectful towards my wife and my family. I will be telling everyone I know about this treatment until this man is fired.

They are always so understanding. Always a happy customer walking out and they have a facebook page you can message them they always answer right away. I would have people go there forsure.

I Worked for this company for years and loved every second of it , No longer there but if you have to Rent to own / Lease to own ever in your life this is the company to go with . There employees are trained to go the extra mile to help you and to try and make sure that your not just throwing your money away . It was a Very Very Good Company to Work for and you wont be disappointed !!
