Had a terrible experience with the young woman working Thursday night. She wasn’t helpful at all and implied I couldn’t afford the phones I asked to see. Total airhead. :( I walked out. I instead went to the Boost Mobile on Lafayette and Garfield. Great customer service and walked out with 2 new iPhones and a smile on my face!

Not very helpful..girl wouldn't even get out of her chair..ended up spending hours on the phone with boost to fix..wrong plan,...total miscommunication, and cost us double what it should have... should've just dealt w/boost online in the first place, figured it'd be easier face to face.. I was wrong!..not cool!
