Fake office hours. The store is there, the "open" light is on, it us within posted business hours. Store is locked up tight. Call the number and get the "number out of service" message.
No way to contact an actual person here.

I wanted you to know at Boost Mobile in Bay City, Mi. has a very helpful and kind employee who has taken the time to figure out my phone. I had no idea how to do anything on my new phone, and Tammy set it all up for me. She's one of the sweetest persons I have met in a very long time. Her skills are awesome and she goes above and beyond for you. Never lose this employee, she's a big benefit for Boost

However our return policy is, up to 7 days on a manufacture defective device only, we DO NOT offer refunds on any phone payments or activation fees, and have a restock fee of $50. Thank you ☺️

Gave this location a shot….Wrong hours posted online, wrong phone number listed, and staff doesn’t know what they are doing. Clerk tried to charge me over $100 to activate a phone on my already existing family plan, while the other location here in town ( on Garfield) was able to activate the phone for $25. INSANE! I’ll stick with the Garfield location considering they ALWAYS do a great job!

We went in to simply separate a line from our plan. Clark, the owner was AMAZING!!!! He walked his employee Amanda through how to do it and he got us $20 off our monthly bill. What a wonderful place to do business with!

Best boost mobile in bay city very respectful and caring customer service they have they always find the best way to help you lower your phone bill/new phone’s through their ACP (affordable connectivity program) if you receive food stamps medical etc give them a stop even if you’re already a boost mobile customer!!! They can and will help get your bill as low as 0$ a month also add a line for the low 2 for $50 with approval for the acp program ;))) you need a new line please go in and see them they have multiple 5G phones to choose from also iPhone 11’s 49.99 + tax when you switch to boost 99.99 + tax for a new line iPhone 12’’s 149.99 + tax even cheaper if you get approved with they’re government program…
