Big Lots is a store with very helpful, friendly, and cool staff who provide quick service. The store is very clean and offers some really good deals, with fair and very good prices on a pretty good selection. Customers find good quality built cheap furniture, excellent leasing programs, and nice big ticket items. However, the bathrooms need some attention and can be dirty, partially due to lacking some staff. Despite occasionally not having a specific item, it is considered a great place to shop where customers will return.
