10/5/24 I will never buy a set of 1000.00+ dollar tires from Belle Tire again! I had a low tire and just bought the tires and it was cold out for the first time since I bought them. All I get from these guy oh maybe it’s a slow leak and rambling on how I should get it checked out. The amount of time you’d sit there to find out your tire needs to be blown up because they think of one thing! Your money! Instead of helping you! All they do is try to sell you something when all I needed was help blowing a tire up. They gave excuses why all of their employees can’t help me! telling me how to do it myself and gave no time to help they are the worst business I’ve ever encountered. I recommend anyone go to Discount Tire than belle tire because customer service is ? percent better! There comes a point if there’s a bunch of rated 1 stars on the reviews you know they are simply not changing the problem. It’s not getting better!

My mother got new tires and a tire rotation here and now her car won't start. It's been a week of something unknown draining her battery in the morning.
This issue was not present until her appointment, and we still don't know what's wrong.

First off, ill never be back to belle tire in bay city. Went in for new tires and an alignment. Pretty good price, dude on the phone was cool about it, had set it up for the next day. Next day, got my car back, upon accelerating, car pulled hard to the left, let off the accelerator, car pulled back right/ straightened itself out. Called to ask what this could be, the guy on the phone basically just wrote it off as what he referred to as torque pull, or torque steer. Said I could bring it back and they'd take a look but it wouldn't really be worth as that's just a "my car" problem. Hadn't done this before then, even in the slightest. Called other tire shops, was told "thats not right", "something sounds off, never even heard of that", when Called about car being done, gave me a list of things I "could use". Decided to call the one in saginaw, told me it was all warrantied so bring it in well take a look. Come to find out a part I was told they would check (common sense) couldn't have been. Gentleman in saginaw said yeah your lower control arm was shot, they shouldn't have even done your alignment, and that part wasn't on the detailed list parts they gave me. So buddy in saginaw fixed bay city's problem (wouldn't let them touch my car again) put the new control arm on at no charge, and realigned my car. Car drives great now, thanks to the shop in saginaw!! Bay city's belle tire is absolute garbage, and you will be told it's a "your car" problem when they can't do their job correctly.

The employees here are honest and personable. They do have a wait time but, they tell you in advance. I appreciate the recommendations on repairs and advice. Buying your tires here and taking advantage of the free rotates is worth it. John was awesome!!

I had ordered two front tires to be replaced on a certain day and that couldn't work so I got off early at work and they not only could fit me in last minute but also was exceptional and fast, nice big lobby with a lot of comfortable chairs with a vending machine and coffee available while you can sit and watch TV while you wait. Not only did were they fast with the tire change, they came back and informed me a lot about what other issues my car is having. I definitely recommend

Stopped by Bay City Belle Tire on 8/12/24 with a 30' travel trailer and just having another china bomb explode I purchased 4 new Goodyear Endurance tires. I called from the highway to let them know we were about twenty minutes out and when we arrived John was waiting for us outside and directed me were to park then had two employees start to work immediately done in no time flat. Great Service thanks to all....

Was just informed of a visit made by my brother and his 16 year old son, neither which are mechanically inclined. They went in with a seized up caliper on the front right, which was towed in right after it happened. The shop told them everything needed to be replaced.
Here’s the thing - 6 WEEKS prior my step dad REPLACED the pads on all four corners, REPLACED the rotors on the front left and right, and REPLACED the caliper on the front right side. So at this point it sounds like a hose or bleed issue caused the problem. However, they still replaced everything up front. New pads, new rotors, and a new front right caliper, all which were ALREADY REPLACED less than 6 weeks ago!!
We made sure they requested the old (new) parts back as something didn’t seem right (minus the caliper which was taken for the core). The pads and rotors were fine and clearly didn’t need to be replaced. Yet $1000 later and here we are.
Looks very much like my poor 16 year old nephew got taken advantage of. Not cool. Be cautious!

We went to Sam's club last weekend, because that's where we bought our tires, to have one tire fixed. They were "too busy" with the ONE vehicle the 2 techs were working on to help us out. We took a chance on Belle Tire to see if they could fix it today. Not only did they get us in and fixed in less than half an hour, they did not charge us! Next set of tires WILL come from Belle Tire!!! Keep up the fantastic service!

What a joke. Wish I read the reviews first! These guys are great at messing stuff up or causing damage to your vehicle then denying it was them and denying responsibility. I already spoke with the customer service before this post (saw the number on a recent previous review). The manager said he doesn't recall my car being there!
They damaged the inside of my rim!!! Told me I must have hit a curb! Pretty hard to hit a curb on the inside of the rim! My rims are aftermarket and tires are low profile... I couldn't roll over a curb without trashing my front bumper if I tried!!!

Update: After getting in touch with customer service on 6/21/24 that replied to this review, no additional help. Infact, all the customer service representative Brennan Cox really did was talk to Jay Wise. I know this because Brennan brought up the level kit on my truck... Brennan and I never spoke about the level kit though. Jay claimed the cables are too short with the level kit. Again, I have pics of the OEM cable with PLENTY of slack and properly secured after the 2 inch level kit was installed. From Two to One star at this point. After going above Brennan to Dave Talbot, still no resolution. Just denial of responsibility. Apparently Dave is the top of the organization, in his words, there is nobody above him. So just jump to the top when it's time to complain and ask for Dave Talbot.
Original review starts here.
I would like to start by saying the service was fast and friendly. They got me back on the road quickly. I opted for the top rated and available tires with the road hazard coverage. Cost was nearly $1500 all said and done for 4 tires. This was the Saturday before Memorial Day.
So why only a two star rating? When my truck entered their shop, the ONLY problem was a flat tire. When the Tech pulled it in, it was fine. (Per the store manager Jay Wise, that tech has since been fired for unrelated reasons).
After they completed the work on my truck and pulled it out of the shop, it was NOT fine. As soon as I got in the truck to move it to my trailer to hook back up, it was immediately driving like it was in 4 high and the ABS light was now on along with some other warnings about the trailer break system. I immediately parked the truck and went back in to explain this. A different tech came out and told me it was driving like that because it was in "auto". And then mentioned he thought it was odd that is was driving like that when he pulled it out.
2018 Silverados do NOT drive like they are locked into 4 wheel drive when in auto.
They agreed to bring the truck back in to see what was wrong. The manager Jay Wise brought me back to show me what they found. He claimed that the wheel bearing sensor had rubbed on the control arm and shorted out. They agreed to disconnect the cable and tape it off so I could continue on the road trip. Frustrated, I left.
Once I made it back home, I took the truck to my mechanic to repair the wheel bearing sensor. Once I had the cable (wheel bearing sensor) in hand, it was VERY obvious that the cable had been pinched and NOT rubbed through!
I immediately emailed the store manager to explain all of this. No reply for days until I called the store on a Saturday. Jay said the email went to a generic email and he would follow up with me on Monday. Today is Thursday 6/20/24. Yet again, until I called, no follow up whatsoever. Jay is refusing to acknowledge that the damage to the sensor happened at the hands of his tech. The repair work was less than $300 that I was seeking reimbursement for. Jay even stated that was nearly half of what they charge for the same repair.
Think about it, I spent nearly $1500 in the store opting for the best they had available and road hazard coverage. I could have spent far less on cheaper tires if I wanted to. Do you really think I am trying to get over on Belle Tire? Or do think like I do in the fact that they DON'T take responsibility for damage done to vehicles at this location and try to cover it up with BS excuses about how the damage occurred?
I wish I could post pics with the review. Because ANYONE who looks at the cable would see a cut/pinch. Definitely NOT a rub/wear through.
