You were so much fun and an absolute delight when I did your hair on April 22nd at 9:30 a.m. During our consultation, you expressed to me your horrible experience at a Previous salon. That gave me the fuel I needed to give you an awesome experience. I felt great and giggled when I seen you "twirl" in glee in front of my co-workers after you seen the results of my Hilight/cut/style. You actually were so satisfied that you (1) Prebooked your Next appointment with me for Sat May 28th at 12:15. (2) Bought $30 in fresh product I had recently purchased and (3) Left me a generous tip. So Please understand if I'm confused by this review especially since you already left a previous review stating that our salon gave you Covid-19 (Thankfully you took that review down) Protecting my Legacy is important. In 22 years of working my "Dream Job" I've had some of the best salon training ,that has even led me to have some Celebrity Clientele. When I lived In Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. My clients were the following- Venus Williams, Serena Williams, CEO of LOCKS OF LOVE ( Madonna Coffman) Billionaire Palm Beach real estate mogul (Andrew Leibowitz) and Celebrity Chef Lauren Vanderpool to name a few. I even had the privilege of styling the hair of our precious home town Celebrity Katie O'Mara (formerly of TV5 News) here in Michigan. Even with a rare Pedigree like mine I'm humble enough to know that I'm only as good as my most recent client experience. I wish you would've of contacted me and I would've did just about anything in my power to remedy this situation because I like you. If I dropped the ball on you I'm sorry Shelly! I really am!...P.S. people don't know that Most stylist( from Michigan to Florida and everywhere in between) absolutely LOVE Reynolds Foil sheets. Its simply the best!Service: Hairstyling

This place is great! I typically don't write a review but I am beyond satisfied! I had Venus and she did foil highlights. I have to say this is the first time I have ever been fully satisfied walking out of a salon. Not only did she do an amazing job but her personality and sense of humor had me happier walking out than when I walked in and I genuinely appreciate that. I will be back!

I would not recommend Venus unless you’re looking to Be bald. I had long healthy blonde hair until I met her in April, she uses Reynolds’s wrap sandwich foil sheets from the dollar tree literally to wrap color,, it completely fried and broke off about 6 inches of my hair. My opinion If you can’t afford salon recommend products you can’t afford to be a stylus. My cut was so crooked I had to get even more hair cut off, the professional also pointed out, cut out inches shorter in some spots totally jacked. Her washing/conditioning was very rough, and her blow drying was brutal, she had more hair in the brush than I would have if I let mine go for a month without cleaning them! She sells expired hair product. Her dirty work area reflects her sloppy unprofessional work standards. Ive been growing my hair how for six years for her to destroy it. I had previously written a review of this salon and it reflected badly towards the businesses and not Venus who actually did the destruction.

Venus did an incredible job bleaching my hair, and cutting my friends hair! She styled it perfectly and toned it to the exact color I wanted. She’s also a vibrant, easy to talk to person. Definitely recommend!Service: Hairstyling
