We have been sitting waiting for an hour to meet with the Manager. Cannot make an appointment with this person, first come first served. Listened to receptionist answering the phone and telling patients the Manager is extremely busy and it could be a day or two to return a call. I am trying to help an elderly friend get her denture and partials corrected. They do not fit in her mouth she can not talk or eat with them in her mouth. And they are refusing to help and have lied to her about the process and the cost. Will not recommend this business to anyone

Do not recommend!! I paid in full for my services before my services were even done and still every time I come they tell me I have a balance due of a couple hundred dollars! They also charged me for my kids teeth cleaning when I asked them to make sure they were ready for it due to Medicaid only paying for it every 6months. They said we were good and then went ahead and added the bills to my care credit card without my knowledge. Horrible business and only out to take your money.

My daughter has social issues and had never gone to the dentist or doctor without me. yesterday, Carrie came out and said for my daughter to go with her for her second cleaning. I expected her to turn around and say mom come on. my daughter did very well and Carrie made her feel comfortable enough to not have me come with her. first time ever! they are great at easing anxiety.

They will take you if you don't have any health problems I had a stent put in three months before I made a appointment filled out all paperwork but as soon as my wife told them about the stent it was nope we can't help you as of today I'm drying pain trying to pull my own tooth because the dentist at aspen are useless Had to sit in waiting room for a hour and the girl went to ask the dentist about me two time and both time the dentist was sitting on the phone laughing away Sounded like a personal call while everyone had to wait for him

I wouldn't normally leave a bad review..... My mom went here and we paid in full up front, at her next appointment, they left her waiting for almost an hour past her scheduled time, taking everyone who came in after her first. When her 5-10 minute procedure was done they then informed her that her next appointment would have to be delayed due to their scheduling conflict. Her dream has been to have her smile fixed and the delays and attitudes have done nothing but leave her literally in tears. So much for customer service.

I was told I needed all this work done. Went to a different Dentist he said I didn't need all that work. They are just out to make money, nevermind the unnecessary pain that would put me through. Stay as far away from this company as possible.

VERY poorly run and very uneducated staff! Would not recommend anyone using the Bay City office. The office staff needs to be trained properly in how to handle certain patients. If you want friendly and educated staff I suggest you make an appointment at another location.

went for xrays and cleaning. tons of xrays, ? ultrasound. Then hygienist did the the 1-5 gum count. All of my teeth were 1-3, except for 1 tooth #4 and 1 tooth #5. they told me the #4 tooth was solid, but the #5 tooth was early gum disease. refused to do a cleaning, instead put me in a office with the manager. he quoted me $2000.00 for a special cleaning. I told him I've had the 1-3 count for years and if I had 1 bad tooth, then lets clean that tooth. he got the hygienist who once again told me they have to clean them all special. that they can't do that to one tooth. I told them that it sounded like a scam to me. I took my xrays and left. went to work and in talking to others at the hospital, found 2 other people told the same thing on their first visit. need special cleaning for 2 grand. Scam artists?

I have had 3 appts now - all had really long waiting times, but I am happy with the work. It is a different experience dealing with a corporate franchise, but expect it. I had an amazing assistant yesterday - she went over and above to help adjust the new temporary partial and worked with the dentist on a filling. The hygentist was also very nice and good. The dentist has performed the filling and extractions painlessly, he may not be talkative, but that is not what I was there for. So far I am happy. I was quote a lot more money for the same work elsewhere. It would be nice if the wait time were not so long.

WARNING! DO NOT GO HERE! I went in with extreme tooth pain only to be told nothing was wrong and I just needed to give them $170 for a good cleaning and that would help. Ummm...no. I went home, flossed, and opened up a huge infected abscess. Next day, infection was worse and my jaw was swollen up to twice the size. How did 3 different medical professionals not see this during the exam or on the x-rays!!? They have absolutely so concern for patient care, they are only in business to make money. They commit insurance fraud just to pad their own pockets. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. Go to a smaller dentist office where they know that the patients are actually what matter and will treat you like an actual human being, not a bank account.
