“I've lived at Alderwood for 7 1/2 years and the time here has been absolutely great. The grounds are kept nice, the maintenance comes almost always within the same day, and the office staff are very kind and professional. As with anywhere that you will live, costs go up, and of course rent does too. If you compare the amenities to the costs, you can't really find a decent 2-3 bedroom place to rent that has central air, in unit washer dryer hook ups, water, sewer and trash included, not to mention a beautiful crystal clear swimming pool and a great clubhouse that residents can use for parties and get-togethers. I really appreciate living here at Alderwood Estates, and it's really close to all my shopping needs.”
