Absolutely the worst experience ive had at a 711.. whoever the clerk with the black comb over mullet is needs to be let go. He didnt acknowledge me and my girl as we entered the store which is policy by the way just proceeded with throwing items on the shelf and mumbleing under his breath.. so we get a couple drinks and 2 slurpees and proceed to the chexkouy and r 20oz cokes get thrown in a bag and literally tossed on the counter.. so i said u probbaly shouldnt bring ur bullshjt to work especially when u work in customer service...then my girl simply asked for an extra bag because we were walking and he decided to crumble up the bags and throw them at my girl and im not gonna tolerate nonsense so if u still have a job when im there ur gonna get snatched up by that mop looking comb over and show u what happens when u disrespect someone.. i have never experienced anything as bad as this in a conviennce store in my life and i would recomend walking out if this ugly havent taken a shower in 3 weeks jackass is working... and i usually tell you to get the best pretzels on the planet while your here but go somewhere else and get them if ur out late at night.. im absolutely discusted that they allow this guy to keep his job....

Mr hyde was rude kicked me out of the store and store manager refused to talk with me. Unless you likeextremely rude people do not shop at this 7-11

Can always get a fresh hot pizza from about 6am till 11pm. Overnights can barley get anything hot. When working late it's a trip to the bell the clown or the king.

I am not one to write reviews. In fact, this is the first negative review I have ever written as I typically try to ignore people's ignorance... However, the blatant disrespect my family has experienced from the employee working tonight is not acceptable. With over ten year of customer service experience, I cannot even imagine calling a customer a derogatory term, yet alone having a manager that allows it. Yet at this establishment I guess it is acceptable as it's happened on multiple occasions. With that people said, I will no longer spend another dime at this location and I suggest you don't either. Ps. Maybe instead of using profanity, pushing away customers and listening to murder podcast, this employee should clean the dust that surrounds the place...

I love this 711 been going there seance i was i kid. Love the staff except for one and is one of the most rudest team member ever makes the company look bad the way he treat customers. Says negitive thing ect. I can make a list about how bad he is also thinks he can turn any form of payment cash ect. So hope his boss sets him straight i shoildnt have to go to corporate and or the law to prove about this mans action. But all besides that love the store just avoid at night time.

HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICEI'm a regular at the 711 by my house, there is a 3rf shift worker named Hyde who is absolutely horrible! He's nice to my fiance when he goes in but ignorant as all hell when I'm with him, seems to have an issue with interracial relationships if you ask me, acts like because my fiance is mixed he doesn't have to acknowledge me OR TAKE MY MONEY AS HE NOW REFUSES SALES TO ME FOR NO REASON, Im definitely calling BBB on this one. Get rid of him.

Completely awful experience. There is a night clerk named Hyde who is extremely pushy, intimidating, and threatening. He has no business working with customers.I came in at about 5:15am on Monday, September 20th. I wanted to purchase a lotto ticket, and some pastries on my way to work.Hyde carded me for the lotto ticket, which I understand is the law. I presented my valid and unexpired passport card to verify my age.Hyde then told me that a passport is not valid identification in the state of Michigan. (According to the Secretary of state, and the federal government, it is valid ID everywhere!)I did not yell, cuss or threaten anything. Hyde threw my passport over the counter on to the ground, and threatened to put his hands on me. He yelled at me and was extremely hostile. I have high functioning autism, this really messed up my entire day.I WANT HIM FIRED............. ASAP!!!!!!!!!If you don't fire him, I will find someone along the 7-11 chain of command that will fire him.This is unacceptable behavior from a customer service representative.
