Horrible service! Will never return to this store as long as the older big bald man is working there! I have 2 of the same cups that I bought from different 7-eleven locations, each of them come with 5 free refill coupons inside them; I take mine and my son's cups into this store along with a coupon each for the refill today, even made sure I showed both cups when I walked into the store *mind you there are no more of these cups on their shelves currently* and when I got up to the register one person even vouched for me that I brought the cups in, and I was still treated disrespectfully and like I was a criminal. Like dude, if you hate your job so much get one where you don't deal with people because mine clearly isn't the only bad review towards this specific guy at this location.

Went in with my cup I got gifted me by my friend came with 5 coupons that state free refill I get my soft drink I go to counter and a bold old guy was very disrespectful to me once I handed him the coupon he gets angry bout it and said whatever not even have a good day or how's ur afternoon or anything like that then my wife has the Same cups as I do with the same 5 coupons uses two of em and same guy was disrespectful to her as well even made seem like she stole the cup even though another employee saw here walk in with the mugs got mad again and was very rude will never go to this 711 ever again and I been going to this seance I went to highschool and now I'm 30 and have an employee being disrespectful. Hope they dow something about him

I've made several purchases at this location. Today a male worker treated me with disrespect. There are many places like this I can go. I don't have to frequent your location. Jan's party store is nearby, as well as BP on Tuscola and many many others. Learn to treat your customers with respect!!

Aye I don't know what Lyla's problem is but they have no right taking it out on the customers. Every time I've gone into 7/11 with Lyla working they've blatantly ignored customers and just throws your change on the counter and ground and yells "next" like bro I was waiting for you

Staff didn't really wear masks during the peak of Covid.
They let customers in who didn't wear masks.
The staff are friendly. That's for sure.
I actually try to go during non-peak hours to try to support the staff because they are usually really nice!
The stock continually got worse and the store just is okay.

Everytime I shop here (which is everyday) and the bald guy has the worst attitude ever and treats everyone he has to check out poorly. Always sighing and giving no answer when asked to do his job. I've seen multiple negative altercations with customers while shopping with only him.

Employee was not knowledgeable at all about how to run anything in store. I waited in line for at least 10 minutes on my lunch break.

Second day in a row there was literally only decaf coffee available (730 today 10am yesterday) store was empty aside from myself and two workers who very loudly carried a conversation including multiple profanities. Least anyone could do is make sure there's coffee.
