Nope! I Don’t care how good people say their deigns are (which they honestly even aren’t) I booked a mani/pedi online through here for the first time. They were rude when I walked in, then the guy took forever to do my nails! Then he tried to cash me out as soon he finished! I had to TELL him I also booked a pedicure which should have shown on his computer when he asked for my name! Then they gave me a fungus on my toenails!. I’d highly avoid going to this dirty place!!! I know that the fungus was from here because I only got a pedicure for a special occasion! Otherwise, I never get pedicures and never have this issue!

Used to love them, but after Covid hit, they will only do gel polish. Gel ruined my fingernails, don't want the same thing to happen to my toenails. Plus, when they reopened after Covid, their excuse for doing just gel was because the government wouldn't allow them to do regular polish. (But all other salons I checked at that time were still allowed to use regular polish??) I don't like getting lied to.

This was my first time at 5 star nails. My pedicure was ok. There are no issues there. I do, however, feel the ventilation is not adequate. The smell of the chemicals was very strong. I have been to many nail salons, and the smell of chemicals has never been as strong. Very uncomfortable. Due to this, I will probably not be back. ?

I been getting my nails done for 15 years many different places and this by far is the crappiest they’ve been first time nails broke not a big deal nails break then I go again another nail breaks and a bunch are lifted mind you my nails never break nor lift I’m pretty rough with them considering I’m a working momma so I said give it one last try to get this peeling off my nails I will not go back

Definitely now part of my routine ritual of self care! Timely, kind, and quality work! I show a picture of a color or idea then they walk to the magic wall of paint and shimmer to create what I ask for!

For The Best pedicure around, make an appointment at 5 Star. Jake doesn't need to break out the Bob Vila tools; he'll personally exfolate your feet til they're as smooth as a baby's butt! Brian will trim those cuticles so nice; you didn't even know you needed This!...and, how nice to relax in a massage chair, talking with good people?!!!AND, they use gel polish, so your pedicure will look as good on the day you go back, as it did on day one.Service: Pedicure

My nails turned out beautifully! I did have a couple of concerns. The first one was that I use a walker to get around and there were multiple steps which made accessing the appointment difficult. My other concern was that I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and I wasn’t taken back until 15 minutes after my appointment.
