Jenna the store (Lead) was very unapproachable, I asked her where the vitamin B6 was located and she said I don’t know, I just know the vitamins are over there as she threw her hands up, then I said politely, I’m just having a hard time finding them, and she huffed and puffed threw her hands up, and went directly to the vitamin b6 in two different brands. I was surprised, because she knew exactly where they were, another customer asked her did she know where the artificial tears was located l, and she said I don’t know, where pharmacy stuff is, and walked away. What a horrible representation of Walgreens, I’ve met many friendly employees at this location, who are always willing to help. This encounter was disappointing.

If you're feeling so sick you want to die, this place will get you there. If you're sick but don't feel like you die, don't come here, you'll end up dying anyways. While I'm currently standing in line with several others, the pharmacist and 3 girls are laughing and dragging feet looking through every single bin for 2 prescriptions they filled but lost.

Only started going to this Walgreens because it’s 2 mins from us. Been going there for about 4 years and it was bad but only gotten worse. Pharmacy lines take FOREVER. And after you’ve waited the pharmacists are insanely rude every time.Did a couple Covid tests here awhile back and they’re talk to you like you’re stupid.Got a prescription for my daughter last week (a liquid antibiotic) and the lady was super short and rude and sent out the bottles of liquid but no syringes. I hit the call button and said can I get some syringes please? (How else would I measure 8.5ml) and she sighed and said “I guess so” like what!? Isn’t that your job?Fed up with it and done going here.

The drive thru is always very congested in both lanes and the staff are slow and unprofessional when it comes to filling the prescriptions in the proper order. I think people should be notified when only half of their prescriptions are filled. Getting a text saying the prescriptions are ready then driving all the way there to pick them up finding that the trip will have to be made twice because not all has been filled. It happens every month like clock work.

I went to this location in December 24th 2022. I purchased medication $126 included 6 bottles of tea. I supposed to buy sweetened tea for my friend but accidentally I picked the unsweetened. One hour later I went back to exchange. The cashier who was name Evee told me “. You just go in there I get the sweetened just for exchange” but she didn’t tell me leave the unsweetened for her. When I came back with the sweetened tea then she told me” You go back there get the unsweetened back for me”. I went back and got tea back for her and she told me. “You have to wait! I need to take care 2 customers ahead of you and then you’ll be next”. Lot people were sick that day and they were coughing without masks.I really didn’t want to get sick right at the holidays. So I didn’t want standing next to coughing people on the line but I stood by the line because I thought my turn will be after 2 people like the cashier said. And she also had my tea and my receipt. I was waiting there at least 5 customers already checked out by her but wasn’t my turn yet. Then I saw another cashier opened other line. His name STEVE. He said” I can help the next person” but I couldn’t go to him because Evee (the rule lady) kept my receipt and my tea. I started look at her then she caught my eyes and said loud and rule to me” you have to get into the line. Otherwise, you will be stayed there forever”. Then I went to Steve the one who helped check customers out. I tried to explain to him the issued but he didn’t let me finishing it or listening to me then he said” you must be misunderstood and walked away. I felt awful, I felt like they betrayed me or racist me because I am an Asian. I just wasted my times there on Christmas Eve. Finally, I walked out with my tears and my unsweetened tea I picked it by mistake. I never want to go back there again. And I am not recommend friends and family go there. If I could give lower than one star I would.

There tend to be longer lines and wait times at this pharmacy but I attribute that to high customers. I started a new medication recently within the last week. Today I received a call, the very kind woman called to say the pharmacy noticed I started a new medication and wanted to check in how I am handling the meds. I really appreciated the call because it shows they are paying attention to their customers. She let me know what to look out for and symptoms or side effects that could indicate serious problems. She told me if the symptoms persist or get worse to contact my doctor as there are many different medications in the class I could try if I am not handling the meds I am currently on. I really appreciated the call and am thoroughly happy that the pharmacy is showing this level of care. I'll keep coming back.

Every time I go to this pharmacy in the evening I get attitude from the woman working the drive through window. Worst customer service that I have ever received. Store employees are great but why in the world are these pharmacy people so rude.

Store is clean. Most employees helpful. However, I've stood in line for 15 minutes at the pharmacy today. There are 3 visible employees and one other customer. After 15 min of not even being greeted I had to leave the store and go to the drive thru to get help. I was picking up two prescriptions that were complete.

Very nice people that work there in the pharmacy. Very helpful for people like me who don't have insurance. Thanks ? without there help I would of never been able to afford the medicine I needed.

This used to be the place to go for me for quick stops. But after today I won’t even go back. On Tuesday morning the girl with a pony tail and glasses was so rude I couldn’t even believe it. My husband and I were clearly in a hurry and she was being slow on purpose. Wouldn’t let us use our tap to pay and said it would cost her her job. So I had to run out to the car to dig through my purse. She was as being rude on the phone to someone when we walked up and I assume she was just transferring her anger onto us.
