Careful sitting in the parking lot at this place. Crack heads tryna tell you they missed they're bus and need a ride or they're car broke down. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. But they just tryna Rob you off your money. Sketch as f**** Some dude asked me for a ride I tell him no but o got $2 if he wanna wait for the next bus, turned it down told me it wasn't enough like the f*** you talking about?! Bus fare in bc is $1.25 and I offered an extra 75 cents.

This is the worst pharmacy in Battle Creek. I'm not sure if they are absolutely incompetent or just crooks out to copay you into the poor house. Have had prescriptions filled here for years with no problems, but for the past year and a half, they can't do anything right. I've gone in and spoke with them several times about the issues, told everything is fixed and two weeks later the same problems time and again. I keep getting notifications that my insurance wasn't approved for a certain med, well no the insurance isn't going to ok it to be refilled when you just filled it 3 days earlier. They don't approve a 90 day prescription either when they try to fill it every month instead of every three months. Their new program to get your prescriptions lined up so you make less trips, turned out to be a scam to pay double copays on every med, for months and they still didn't have them lined up. Pick up a med and 3 days later get an email that another is ready to pick up. Just went and filled a 90 day prescription consisting of 90 pills, on my way out of state for vacation. I get five states away from Michigan that evening and find 5 pills instead of the 90 the prescription was written for by the physician. No explanation or notification whatsoever when I paid for it and picked it up. My copay is $10 on 90 pills and they charged me $8 for 5 pills. This won't happen ever again, because I'm done with them. There are much better pharmacies to deal with in BC then Walgreens, especially the Capital NE location.
