Visited today to seek help with pairing a watch with a new phone we already purchased. The man who 'helped' us seemed really interested in selling things only - they must work on commission. After 30 seconds of talking with us he first said he could help us, then logged into our account and said he couldn't, we had to call tech support. When we called it the phone number was for Verizon employees only. After a couple hours of recon on my own I found out it was a simple setting switch. This made me understand even more that he clearly had no interest in helping anyone but himself today. Wish I could remember his name. Side note.... He tried to tell me my perfect condition phone wouldn't qualify for a trade after I've gotten a text message every week for a month from Verizon urging me to upgrade my phone. But... He could get me all the discounts and it would only cost me the actual phone cost... Unless I wanted to add another line! Classic.

I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in by Danielle. She was busy with a costumer but also was the next available worker. She was patient and helped explain everything to me.

The representatives here are very knowledgeable and address customer issues quickly. Though I no longer have Verizon, I would recommend this location for service.

Honestly my review is not specifically for the store is more for John Chengarski he is the only person there that, doesn't matter what are you therefore hi is going to help you, He is the only one tha take care of explain the services and the advantages, i thik is the only one that understands what is the customer service and how a sales job works , i have been assisted by others sales associate there but nobody as him actually i fill that they really don't want to help. Definitely ill be back.John the best . Thank you ?

Today I went to the store. Met Sam he was so much a very knowledgeable and helpful man that fixed my phone so it would function properly and explained what had to be done ..I'm 77 he helped me understand made my day enjoyable I'll ask for Sam if I ever need to return

New phone update gave them my old $600 phone for their new S20 3 was supposed to get a rebate on my phone I got nothing for it and now I owe them $800. Yeah right? Not gonna happen.

That manager is miserable. No idea why she’s so ornery but she definitely isn’t there to be helpful. The other people are really kind but jeez.. 2nd time in and i don’t ever want to step in there again because she is just annoyed !!

Manager acts like she doesn’t want to be there and is not nice. I set up my new phone and watch at home because they were gonna charge me. Wanted to know how to remove an icon from my watch.. thats its … and they were going to charge me for an answer. You shouldnt be in customer service with how you act. Not my first visit and she the same that time. The young man that tried to help me was very nice.. until he asked the manager something and then he could no longer assist without me paying.
