Went in to hopefully grab a package first but sadly it wasn’t labeled properly yet so I still had to wait but I am thankful for the employee willing to search through all the package in the back and attempt to find it. Everyone who works here is a hero and doesn’t deserve the bad rating people give them! USPS is hero’s!

Been on the app shows I got mailed to be delivered but my mailbox has not got mail since Thursday why do the mail carriers choose what days they want to deliver on what streets

Packages are always late. Wait at home all day. Leave around 3:15pm and they show up 5-10mins after I leave every single time. Get so sick of my packages just sitting on my porch all night.

the older lady who works here is so incredibly rude & condescending. I had a package to return that USPS was to print out & attach & she gave me a 5 minute lecture on how I had no common sense for bringing the package in “unprepared” when it clearly said in the instructions that USPS had to attach the label. Then continued to tell me how much technology has dumbed down “my generation”. She made all the effort she possibly couldn’t to berate me & he nasty. she was just extremely impolite when she could have just been polite & helpful.

I often visit the post office. I mail out documents. Staff is helpful. The workers are always knowledgeable about what customers need and they help to get it done for you.The lobby is clean and well organized. Sometimes there may be a line but it's expected at the post office. There are a variety of things to choose from other than just mailing your package.Thank you for your help and courtesy.

I have a small cottage business. For 25+ years the united states postal service has performed exemplary when it comes to ease-of-use shipping items, friendliness, courtesy, professionalism. These are the things that keep me and my business afloat. I appreciate all of the employees at the Battle Creek post office for their service and dedication.

Someone should remind their employees that the US Post Office is an agency of the Federal Government and a U.S. Government ID / Passport is sufficient ID to pick up mail. Including certified mail (I brought the mailman's notification with me!)Secondary identification establishing address is only needed when establishing service.I am sorry for my behavior, but this incident made me mad. Not everyone has a reason or means to get a State ID. Maybe people have had there license revoked because of health issues or disability.People should not be denied vital services without one. Particularly when they have another valid form of ID.

If I could give 0 stars I would. No boxes at all, the trash talking employees berated me for missing the weight on my package. The one said she would just reject it instead of helping me correct the problem, then tried to explain the difference between ounces and pounds like I meant to put 1 oz on a 3lb package. Would highly recommend just shipping thru fed ex or ups.

Normally awesome with the kiosk and mailboxes open 24/7, but not today. For some reason someone locked us out of the boxes.

I mailed a box that was a re-purposed priority mail. One of the young men at the front helped me. He had a question about my actual PO box and Hope came over w an attitude and said there were haz mat labels on my box and had I had to get a whole entire box. The guy who was helping me said, no my box would be fine to send and proceeded to cover "said"stickers and we were good to send it. It cost 26.25$. I entrusted the employee and left the box in his possession. I then went on vacation. After my vacation the box was not at its destination. So I tracked it.It never left the post office- on July 1st. I went to the post office and asked for the box. Hope was rude again.(this is the 3rd time shes been rude and short with me)My sister came in with me and witnessed her rudeness this time. Anyway, they came back after looking for it and said they couldnt find it and that someone had come back 15 mins after I left and picked up the box, Amanda- now at this point, asked me if I came back to get my box, my sister replied- why would we come back and do that? So Hope and Amanda went and talked in the back. And came forward with no box. I asked who was the supervisor, Amanda said she was. But I asked where the box is? Its not at my return address. Amanda said she thinks her supervisor put the box somewhere. I told Amanda ok. So there is another supervisor. So I also shared that Hope has been rude to me 3 times lately. Nothing was said back to me. This entire time they acted like it was my problem, Amanda told me she would call me if they found the box. She called half hour later, and told me to come back and she would tell me why the box wasn't sent.My sister and I went back. Amanda stated it was because of the stickers on the box her employee had covered up with a plain sticker when I initially sent it. She then said you could of just gotten another box from over there, for free and sent it in a new box. I told her I entrusted your employee with their good sense, I do not know your protocols on stickers, he told me the box was good to go. So I paid for it and left. Amanda said- we could re-box it and then she could mail it on Monday. Mind you it was 2:20 pm on Friday and I was wondering why I had to wait until Monday to re-send it. My sister asked for a refund. Amanda said no. She said you can re-box it and I can send it " for free". I asked her why the box was sitting here,God knows where )for a week, and not sent to the return address? Amanda said they are low-staffed in the back and had been really busy. I replied, I can understand that at Christmas- time, maybe. But you have mis-handled my mail. I told her to just give me the box please. I would mail it else-where. There was no apology or explanation for my complaint of rudeness from Hope, and no apology whatsoever for "well maybe we were wrong in covering up the labels and mailing it" or, "Im sorry your box was lost here for a week" , "I apologize for Hopes behavior, we can address that." Nothing, they made it look like it was my fault, and the 2 women had snotty attitudes as if it was a bother to ask the whereabouts of my box. They turned the situation around and put it on me. I will absolutely take my business elsewhere. I have given the benefit of the doubt to this place 3 times now, it will not happen again. You know whats sad, I purposely buy books of stamps and 24 or more at a time, stamped envelopes(I dont even mail stuff or use them)...I just buy them to help out what little I can to support the USPS.I will continue to do so, but not where people choose to be "selectively" nice to only certain people.

the people at the front desk are always rude and not caring. I repeatedly get mail sent to me that isn't mine and even had a mail carrier walk through my newly finished driveway leaving footprints across then wipe his boots at my door step.
