“We have been talking about upgrading one of our vehicles for a while. We had been looking at the Lincoln Aviators for a few years. I noticed one at Lakeview Fords lot and didn’t give it too much thought …. Then a week or two later I was going by there and saw the same Aviator but with “0% “ financing on the windshield (may have been there before but I didn’t notice). It was still there a few days later so I asked about it. I was connected with Susie Wilkey and we set up a test drive for a day or so later. All went well and we ended up buying it. Susie made the entire transaction effortless. It was a demo, so we didn’t expect it to be perfect, but Susie found a few things and had them corrected for us quickly. She ensured that any/all recalls were taken care of and made the entire transaction process super easy. Even in the next week after we took possession, she quickly followed up with the items she noticed and one that we brought up and it was SO EASY!!!
