Lied about their attempt to deliver my package. Lied about the location of my package. Lied about reaching out to me twice for said package. Lied about me being able to pick it up from their location. All around bad customer service from multiple people on multiple shifts on multiple days.

UPS is refusing to send back a package that was delivered broken, even though the boxes are not open. The boxes should have not even been delivered since they knew glass was falling out of the boxes.

The man at the counter was kind and knew what he was doing. I didn't have a good experience with the driver saying he attempted to deliver my package while I was standing on my porch. And then customer service telling me twice someone was going to call me back the never did I had to drive to the location to track down my package... The only thing I can say is the gentleman that was working the counter went above and beyond... I wish I could remember his name.

Literally sitting here waiting on my Delivery. Then I check Tracking and they claim they attempted to Deliver. No notice on my door or nothing. Now I have to play some dumb sign up game with them to attempt to get my package....Which by the way I needed today!!! This is the third incident with this company.

Every time I receive a delivery the box is damaged and items in the box have seals broken, damaged boxes, etc. Haven’t had this issue with UPS until moving to Battle Creek.

I visited the UPS Store on Beckley Rd in Battle Creek MI today to send several returns to Amazon. I had a problem with one item, thinking that I needed special packaging. The clerk, Latonia McKinny, quickly resolved the issue for me, for which I am very grateful. Sometimes I get confused when sending returns back. Ms McKinny went out of her way to help me, and was friendly in spite of being near the end of a very busy day. I told her she was my hero, and I'm telling you that she's a Super Star!

Way too difficult to get your packages they don’t give you a time they’re gonna be there. They say you will get your package at 9 AM to 9 PM at night you get online sign up for all kinds of stuff to get notices and they still don’t notify you Impossible to get your packages

By far the worst delivery service. They where supposed to call me and schedule a time but never did and charged me extra for a second attempt which they never showed up for either. This company will take your money and say they'll going to do a delivery or pick up, but won't.

On my way home from work and an ups driver was parked in the road on a hill while he walked across the road to put a package on a porch. Not safe for anyone. I can’t believe he did this.
