The store is clean and organized. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The time to return a package is minimal even when they’re busy.

I recently had the greatest experience with returning an Amazon package. I was so confused and didn't know how or what to do. The staff where very friendly, helpful and patient with me and I just want to thank all the staff member at the ups store on Beckley Rd
