Battle Creek Rental Equipment is an outstanding facility to rent Uhauls from. I have rented both trucks and trailers over the past few years and have never had any issues with either of their professionalism and courtesy. There is plenty of space to safely move/return the equipment and the staff is very knowledgeable. I will continue to use this location for my uhaul needs and would highly reccomend them for anyone!

Wasn't a fan of the place being locked up when I got there had to walk around to the very back known as even around and then it was a hard time with my reservation for U-Haul not a fan of the place wasn't very good customer service very slow customer service

The lady was very friendly and helpful. I am handicapped so she pulled the truck around so I wouldn't have as far to walk.

This is one of the better of the authorized U-Haul dealers. The staff is very helpful and friendly! Renting a truck was a breeze and only took a few minutes to take care of business and get on the road. I definitely recommend getting your next rental at this location!
