I have tried COUNTLESS diets, countless workout programs and none I have been able to stick to. This was VERY different and in the best way possible. I was strongly addicted to fast food, never worked out, constantly tired, and so many more issues. This program has literally changed my life and the way I view it. I haven’t felt this good in a long time, and it means so much to me to be able to say that. I can’t begin to recommend him enough. It’s so worth it.

My husband and I have been going to Troy’s for years. We love the variety of the workouts and the personal attention you get from Troy. By going a couple days a week we stay in shape and on a regular routine. With the variety of times you can go it can fit most schedules. The small group classes are lots of fun while you are working. Overall it is a great experience and fun way to stay in shape. By belonging to Troy’s classes you also get lots of nutrition and fitness tips.

I have trained at Fitness Pros for about 9 months and have lost 20 pounds and gained strength. I am near 70 years old and haven't looked or felt like this for 50 years. The first time I went to Troy Huggett's Fitness Pro I did the one on one training. He pushed me when I didn't want to push and I'm happy he did. This helped me to understand what I needed to do in workouts. After my personal training I joined his group sessions that have about 20 different exercises in about 20 minutes that allow you to get the results you're looking for without all the hours in the gym. His workouts are intense, fun, and rewarding and most of all -- they don't take hours at the gym. I highly recommend giving Troy a call for all of your fitness needs!
