Just night shift worker was so helpful I could not find any working DEF was going to half to park it, but I called TA in Battle Creek and he told me pump 7 &9 DEF was workingSo I was able to continue my drive. If it wasn’t for him telling me the DEF was working. I was gonna have to wait till Walmart opened up at 7 o’clock. Nobody had boxed DEF either.

The service advisor in the shop doesn't know how much services that are listed cost. I called and asked how much would it cost to change my diff fluid for both my differentials. He gave me the price and didn't tell me it was without the oil. So after getting it changed the price trippled. Asked for a manager and disputed with the service advisor who told me he didn't know because no one ever asked to get the diff changed. And he got loud and rude with me. They don't have a manager that works back there, so no one knows anything. The only manager is the store manager and the GM, and neither of them know anything as well. If I would have known the correct price, I would have been able to make a decision on whether I want to pay that much for the service or not. But I didn't have a choice because the employee doesn't know his job.

Favorite TA in Michigan. We appreciate the festive Christmas decorations and holiday music. The staff is super friendly, the restrooms are clean, there is a clean spacious laundry center, and the store is fully stocked. We had dinner at the Country Pride restaurant and enjoyed the delicious comfort food. Overall a really nice stay. Thanks Battle Creek!

I was really really impressed with the staff here very nice and polite. A woman name, Asia oh my God she made me smile and made me smile and made me smile. This woman needs a raise. She is outstanding I’ve been too over 50 TA , Ta express and Petro’s fueling stations she is the best cashier I have ever encountered

I stopped at the ta to have a meal and amber was our waitress , she was very courteous and kind . Not to mention very attentive as a waitress which is nice to witness in these days and times .GREAT JOB AMBER WE WILL BE BACK ! K eep doing and giving great service the world needs more like you thanks again

We just ate there tonight for dinner. The food is always good there. We have breakfast. Husband had pork chop eggs and hash browns and toast. I had eggs hash browns, and toast. Yum.

Everything is overpriced like crazy. I don't get how you charge theses prices. Charge to park, shop rates are insane and your parking lot can be in disrepair. Oh and showers are out of order, half the food in the cooler is expired and the workers you can tell don't give a damn. But hey I guess happy driver appreciation week huh.

I don't say a whole lot on here but I'm going to give credit where credit's due. This is one of the nicest TAs I've been to in a while very clean. The people that work there were very nice and they seem like they was kind of understaffed

Kyle and his staff are all friendly, bathrooms and showers always clean when I’m here, auto shop does great service, food in restaurant good, lots of parking.

First time here even though we only live a couple of miles from the restaurant. It is located inside of the TA Travel center truck stop. Nice and clean. Very friendly wait staff.The Breakfast was a good portion and tasty. The bacon was delicious, and the coffee was good. My wife liked her breakfast as well, as they were able to adjust a menu item since she is vegetarian.Overall I think that we will be back. If you are traveling, or staying at the casino, this is a good choice.

Good gas station. Extensive retail shop. Clean restrooms. Local eatery inside with eclectic American menu. Good for gasoline and diesel. Easy off, easy on the interstate. Clean, well lit, accessible pumps. Seems safe even being close to the casino. Friendly staf, also.

ATTENTION DRIVERS!!! Avoid this truck shop/ repair please!!!I had delivery in the morning few miles down the road so I stop there to fix small air leak. One female who is working as a manager there while Anna main manager is not there, was so rude and with aggressiv attitude. I was talking with one lady who work in the shop about the tires she interrupted our conversation and with bad tone tell her to move and to bring her something. Lady was confused and she left.I ask mechanic to fix my air leak and to change the fitting. I told him that I have fitting and he said that they can use only parts that they have in the shop. I said ok, little bit later he said that they don’t have that kind of fitting so he ask me to give him mine. I give him the fitting, also I give him a tip as a act of kindness I like to help people we are all together in this trucking world.When he fix the air leak he ask me for the key and while he try to start up the truck he bend the key and broke ignition lock. No one could start the truck which I DROVE in shop and everything was working normally until then. When I tell them that they should fix it because everything was working normally when I drove the truck in shop that manager refused to fix it and sad that truck come in shop like that. I ask her how is that possible I drove the truck in shop and now I can’t start it. She was so rude and she call main manager Anna and two of them bring decision that they will not let mechanic to try to fix it and that I need to TOW MY TRUCK FROM THE SHOP AND THAT I NEED TO PAY FOR TOWING !!!That manager she was so rude and she tell that they will call the police if I don’t move my truck from the shop. I was in shock and I call the police. When police come I told him what happened he also went to talk with manager and he said that he can’t do anything because it’s civil issue. When towing come she was yelling “MOVE FROM MY SHOP AND SHE WAS REPEATING THAT WITH SO AGGRESSIVE THONE!!!” ( as we know she is not the owner she is only a worker like 10000 other people who work in TA around the US).Thanks to amazing towing guy who try to fix my ignition lock and who pull me to start the engine I went back to my trailer.After few minutes that manager I can’t call her a lady because she didn’t act like one. She stop in front of my truck at around 70 feet also one more light color car (white or gray) stop with her, she was taking photos and when she was going her left window on black Chevrolet SUV was open and she was threatening me and yelling “I WILL F*** YOU UP!!!”. Also it’s important to say this was after her working hours.When she left I call the police.My truck was parked in corner because I’m hauling over size load (most of my loads are for army) and my trailer was in the dark. During the night one car stop behind the truck and when they saw me sitting on the chair on the hill near he left. I call police again because as we know any kind of threatening should be taken for serious.Police was driving around the parking all night, and thanks to amazing police officer who are doing there job best they can my truck was safe.This person should never work with people. Hope so that this will not stay only as a written words on a paper and that someone from management of TA will do something whit this person because this is destroying reputation of one of the oldest and best truck stop companies in US.
