“Vince is a great man, he didn’t hesitate to take in my truck even though I couldn’t pay for another week and regardless he took a look and it was a problem only the dealership could fix, I was stressed about the inspection fee but Vince was nice enough to wave the fee and let me have my truck there til I can get it to the dealership. This is and will always be my go to shop, my brother in law got his mustang fixed there and it was beyond AFFORDABLE and FAST. “I highly recommend shopping at Sam's Club our associates are really really nice and very helpful we have great team leads and our managers are awesome!!! Everybody there is really helpful if you can't find something we will make sure no matter what we have to do we will find it for you. I shop there plus I work there in the maintenance department so I make sure all the restrooms are clean and sanitized at all times of the day and make sure the floors are swept and kept clean and the garbages are empty at all times I just make sure the whole store is clean inside and on the outside!!!! We also have something new that's called scan and go it's in your Sam's Club app and if it's your first time ever using it you'll get $10 cash back, all you need to do is have an associate scan the barcode we all have on us and it goes into your cart and then once you check out on ur phone you go straight to the door and they scan the barcode that shows up on your phone that barcode is just like a receipt and you're done there's nothing else u need to do very very easy!! Most of the time and associate will approach you and ask you about the scan and go so you don't have to worry about asking about it we will come to you and ask you. So that's why I highly recommend shopping @ Sam's Club here in Battle Creek!!! It's a very clean clean store I've been complimented alot by the members that come to the club, So PLZ stop by and check us out and don't forget to do the scan and go it makes your life so much easier and saves so much time especially since I know everybody has a busy life these days!!!!”
