My visit to sunshine Toyota was flawless. On my arrival, I was greeted at the front desk and we discussed what was going to take place with my car. I was directed to their lounge area, which was very nice. All my questions were answered satisfactorily. They are very customer oriented.

I had an amazing experience with Tim @ Sunshine Toyota in Battle Creek!! He was transparent with me throughout the whole process. I am so happy to be driving my new truck!! WORD OF ADVICE, skip the Zurich Protection they offer. It's a scam and company doesn't fix anything with paint. Better off getting a paint protection film. The dealership was as good as it can be dealing with a dealership.
