I went there to get some obituaries printed a week ago and I waiting 30 minutes and never got any help or acknowledged. There were only 2 employees working ( that I seen). The guy working in the printing area was also working the FedEx line. He was busy, but he never came to the printing counter. He only took care of the customers in the FedEx line. He never apologized or said anything to me. The other employee stood at the check out line with his hands in his pocket. Staples needs more employees with better customer service.

On a Sunday with 2 employees while only one of them is working and the other is manager texting on his phone. 2 customers left while waiting for the girl who was doing a big print job for another customer... I was with my toddler just wanting to drop an express return for over 15 minutes and one asked the manager he didn't want to help and told me to wait for the girl to get done. Is it for me to come out again to drop this off? I would've never waited this long. Customer service terrible because no one acknowledged the waiting customers or told them how long it'll be. But really if the management is this terrible, you can't expect more.

Customer service in the Battle Creek,MI Staples is NON-existant. They deserve a ZERO stars rating.In my opinion, the store manager, MARK, is worthless. I drove over an hour to get there (I arrived at 5:32pm, on 6/18) I asked for assistance. I needed 3-4 copies of an 8x10 picture on 'specialty' paper rather than regular copy paper. I was rudely informed that they DON'T "do" orders if it's less than an hour before closing (they close at 6pm). They further informed me I could use the self-serve copy machine. I asked if I could purchase specialty paper to put in the machine. Again... I was told no. I explained I had driven over an hour to get there... it didn't matter. They said it was POLICY not to accommodate if there was less than an hour left before closing. REALLY?? SERIOUSLY??? You can't let a person choose a higher grade of paper above regular copy paper & have THREE (maybe 4) stinkin copies made?? If this is TRULY a fact; Headquarters should make that ABUNDANTLY, HUGELY CLEAR to customers on your Website. What a huge waste of my time and gasoline to drive over an hour for this -what SHOULD HAVE BEEN- a simple, easily manageable request. Oh, ...and yeah ... they DID offer to put a "rush" on it for tomorrow morning. If THAT wasn't the most asinine to say, knowing I'd driven over an hour to get there. Yep. That's just exactly what any person would want to do. Drive a total of 4+ hours to have 3 copies made! You bet ya!!GREAT customer service, Mark. NOT!!

Rude employee "couldn't help me" after I called and was told they could...treated me d*** telling me what I wanted was no longer possible....so I went to Best Buy's Geek Squad and they did what couldn't be done!!! (Adding Microsoft Office for Home and Student w/o a subscription to Microsoft 360) Thank God for The Geek Squad!

Tim, Scott and David were excellent. I'm not tech savvy and they were very patient and understanding. I now have a working desktop back. Would highly recommend them.

I tried getting me son's birthday invitations printed but they refused to print them because they had mickey mouse on them. I have never had an issue printing stuff there before so I don't understand why these invitations would be any different.

Not only did they have the exact gaming chair in stock that I wanted, the staff were genuinely friendly, very helpful and non-pushy. Easily worth the drive from Kalamazoo. I'll definitely be back!

Terrible customer service. Kept me on hold for 30 minutes, then didn't even attempt to help resolve my issue, but instead belittled me and made it sound like it was my fault. I will never be shopping at Staples ever again. There's a reason Amazon is running them out of business and customer service is definitely a big one.
