“This place we've used for years, not only do they do their job right and have a neat little gift shop with Melissa and Doug stuff, but the customer service is off the charts, kind vibes that feel genuine, every single time. I don't know how they do it. The workers should be teaching classes on it. It's like a place you'd go out of your way to go just to improve your day by interacting with them.”

“I’m not sure who the kind lady who helped me was but she was so sweet. I went in to get the largest print out of board I could have of a memorial photo for really close friend of mine who passed in an accident.it was last minute and I needed it that day to put up at the scene. She told me it normally took 24 hours to print out for me but she said she could work something out for me in an hour. Which worked perfectly for the time crunch I was on.

She, without knowing it made such a huge amazing impact on my life and so many others just from her gestures. She was amazing and I will forever be thankful for the things she helped me with. She not only made it in less than an hour. But it turned out so well for what she had to work with. Amazing service.. forever great-full..”

“The man at the counter was kind and knew what he was doing. I didn't have a good experience with the driver saying he attempted to deliver my package while I was standing on my porch. And then customer service telling me twice someone was going to call me back the never did I had to drive to the location to track down my package... The only thing I can say is the gentleman that was working the counter went above and beyond... I wish I could remember his name.”
