Have always stopped there before and had a pleasant experience, But today was not one of them When I went up To the counter to prepaid for fuel And presented her With a hundred dollar bill She rolled her eyes at me and said no ok I wood have understood but she asked the other cashier he said hold on she just Is kept standing there with mean looks an unprofessionalism after a few minutes telling he can't eater with out saying anything this 2nd shift is so Unprofessional and rude making this hole store unappealing ......

I’ve never had this problem the cashiers are very great but today I went in to play my lottery and the male cashier was working had a call to play someone’s lottery so I had to wait to play mine. I didn’t like that because I WAS IN STORE to play mine and had to wait because the male cashier was playing someone’s lottery that wasn’t in store so it was a wait also it was a little line and 2 cashier’s but the male cashier was tending to someone who wasn’t in store so that left the only one cashier available I didn’t like that for her because she’s a great cashier.The person’s who wasn’t in store lottery was more important than the customers that were in person in the store.That wasn’t good customer service.

This stations impressive, staff managers are all great people and treats all with respect. At times are short staffed even in a bad day this stores great the help all cover staffing issues the workers all work hard and considering who and what happens in the parking lot they are great people they don't want to call cops but some people just want attention or drama. Doesn't matter time of day they will help u get gas or food clean bathrooms and if not say something they will fix it

Whomever was working here on 2-19-2022 at 1:45 in the am. You watched me pull up in my car get our and you walked away while i stood at the doors. Waiting to be buzzed in. As well as 2 other customers.

This past Sunday (12/26/21) just after 11pm, I stopped by this gas station. The left door of the entrance had signs on it that said “do not pull on this door.” These hand written signs were very clearly only on the left door and stated it was the left door that was having problems. So, I tried using the right side of the entrance door. It didn’t open.The employee that was inside came to the door, opened it and said something very rude and condescending about how I was not smart enough to leave the door alone.I got back in my car and went to the Speedway down the street. I’ll never go to this Shell again. I tried calling the next morning to talk to a manger but nobody answered. I did fill out a complaint form on Shell’s corporate site about the behavior of this employee.My suggestion for the owner and management of this Shell is to make it clear to the employees to not act so familiar with complete strangers/customers.
