My electric recliner broke late Friday evening and I called Russell's and they said they would be out Monday to evaluate. They came and a new controller needed ordered. Well Tuesday I called and asked if we could expedite the orderer because I have several broken discs in my back and I sleep in the recliner. I was told they couldn't do that but let them work on it. Later that day I was called and told they had a controller and a repair man would stop with it on his way home that day. He showed up and fixed it within minutes. I can't say enough about Russell's service and care for their customers. God bless all of them at Russell's. Thank you so much

November 2023, I went to Russell's country store to find out why my mattress was causing me so much pain. It wasn't that old! Troy actually came to my home and examined my mattress that I had purchased Prior, I went there Because of the quality in their furniture as well as in their mattresses. He examined my mattress. He flipped it over and definitely found out there was something wrong with it. Something wasn't right with that!Could I have gotten a bad egg? or its defective. He was going to go back to the store. And order me a new one to replace this one. It should be here within 1 week to replace this one. I know Enjoy pain free nights. What service I wish to thank Russell's country. Store and Troy for helping me with my concerns and given me back comfortability. Pain free nights he went above and beyond. And I feel so blessed because most other stores would have never cared. You have a loyal customer, thank you so much.❤️

Every time I am looking for a new room full of furniture, to Russell's Country Store I go! Everyone who works there is very friendly and knowledgable. They stand behind what they sell! I've ordered custom furniture from them, picking my own frame/ fabrics twice, getting it in six weeks or less. So if you want nice furniture that no one has, go see the guys at Russell's. You'll be glad you did! They deliver too and the delivery men are always kind & respectful. They don't make you wait all day for your delivery, instead give you a short window and then show up during that time. There are other stores that sell some of the same brands Russell's sell, but you won't get the same hometown service nor the variety as they have bedroom furniture, mattresses, kids furniture, dining furniture, sectionals, sofas, recliners and many types of decorative tables and occasional chairs.

Troy was helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly to deal with. He offered very competitive pricing and we were more than happy to put in an order for 2 chairs from the Best Corp. I'll be recommending their store to anyone interested in new furniture. Oh and they have free delivery as well ?

If you're looking for furniture, Russell's is definitely worth checking out, even if it's a little out of the way. Nice selection in store, the service can't be beat, and they deliver. I ordered an entryway shoe bench and got it within a week or so, delivered all assembled and ready to go. Looks great and the process was quick and easy. I'll be back soon to order the rest of what I need!
