While I understand there are many things behind the scenes that customers do not get access to, it's absolutely infuriating to be told 5 lies in the same day from different people about my meds.Within the last 3 months the I've been treated like an addict and now they're saying if it's past 3pm can't pick up so I now have to wait 2 days before I can get meds that are needed today.Called and left messages for the manager, emailed corporate.Stop lying to customers.We aren't addictsWe are people with legitimate reasonsThey do not care.

Not happy with the service I got I went to the drive-thru window I gave the lady my name she says what's your first name I gave it to her she says what's your last name I gave it to her she says okay goes and gets my medication and throws it at the drive-thru and then has another person check me out I have no clue what her problem was but I will not go back I called corporate and they're doing nothing about I will not go back to rite aid for any reason whatsoever they have totally lost my respect and my business

Received a wonderful service from the male Pharmacist working during the day on 7/11 after making numerous calls to my normal rite aid I was told they were not going to be able to fill my prescription because it didn't come in nor give me an additional partial prescription to get me through .The pharmacist at the urbandale rite aid was able to remedy the situation and get me my full prescription with one phone call and a short wait keeping me from having to be admitted to the hospital I can't say enough about his kindness and professionalism and how incredibly thankful I am to him.. unfortunately I didn't catch his name. But I'm hoping that if this makes its way to the corporate office are his supervisor they would be able to look it up.

The store is one of the nicest I’ve been in but the pharmacy is garbage. They didn’t bother to fill my sons prescription, didn’t tell me why and wouldn’t call my insurance when I asked.

She said about an hour, so I waited 2... Better safe than sorry. I get to the counter, she said wait another 15 minutes... Whatever... Then I realize they didn't even start any of my prescriptions yet! Don't u get paid to fill prescriptions? Ffs

They always have what I went there for and never have to wait in line to check out. Also you can add cash to your PayPal and Chime accounts there.

Prices and availability are good but the cashier seemed way more wrapped up in a conversation on their phone about a birthday party. Didn’t seem to really care about me, the customer.

I called to schedule a time to get myself, my wife, and my 5 year old vaccinated. I was told to use the online scheduling system. I tried using the program and it was not working properly. I called back and explained that the program was not working. The person I spoke with seemed very annoyed with me for no reason, but she tried to schedule the appointments. She ran into the same issue I was having and said that she couldn't schedule my appointment. They had plenty of appointments available, she confirmed that they were doing vaccinations that day, but she just could not schedule an appointment for me. She never mentioned that she would figure something out and call me back. She did not even bother to take my information. She did nothing.

Very disrespectful an extreme unprofessionalism, I bought a super kit complete hair cutting kit from their store when I got it home and open the box realized it was used I called and talked to Keisha the acting manager with her unprofessionalism told me that that's not possible but you would have to call back when the other managers here cuz she's not going to deal with it a day and a half later to get a hold of Ben which on the same head would not give me a direct answer this store is very unprofessional

I needed the pharmacy to have a prescription transfer to another pharmacy because of my insurance,and when I went to pick it up,Rite Aid never did it and now I don't have my nausea medicine to get me through my work day tomorrow. No prescription, no professionalism. If I could leave a negative 10 I would!

The Pharmacy staff here is phenomenal! They go above and beyond for their patients! Megan one of the Pharmacists is the absolute BEST, she makes sure that you get the medicine you need and gives you the advice you need on taking it. I highly recommend using this pharmacy!
