Branch banker Andre was fabulous to work with. Super accommodating and genuinely wanted to do all that he could to help. He's a great representative of PNC and a reason to continue banking with them.

Usually have great experience with all pnc branches but today I was met with a rude entitled staff member who argued with me because I didn’t have a second form of ID which I have never been asked for in my 10+ years of banking with pnc. It’s always been a debit card and a ID and you can do your transaction. It was a simple transaction of 21$ which should’ve taken 3 minutes. To top it off there atm wasn’t functioning properly forcing me to enter the bank. The other employee also reaked of cigarette smoke. Don’t stop at this bank if your looking to make a quick stop away from your home city.

Friendly and trying there best to work with all the drive up customers. Just bummed the atm service screen is not working. So would appreciate that to get the glitches fixed. Just would rather use that option instead.

Worst Customer service ever. During the midst of a national emergency and state emergency with stay at home orders, was trying to take care of a problem with my 88 year old moms acct. During the pandemic she is staying in Indiana even though her house is in Michigan. The branch manager “solutions” were that we needed to have my elder mom go out in the pandemic to take care of it personally or we should go against the stay at home orders to drive the info down to my mother and expose her. And when trying to call the 1800 number to try to get assist it was approx 5 voice prompts that didn’t understand what you wanted to cycled back and then a 20 min hold time to finally talk to someone else who thought someone 88 would be able to navigate the prompts and the hold time to talk to them in person

Everything is fine until you overdraft under a dollar and you get charged $36 for overdraft fees. And overdraft protection doesn’t help at all.

The service is nothing sort of great every teller is friendly and does the best they can. One particular lady there is why we frequent this location her name is not coming to mind right now for some reason but she has been there for a long time! Only reason this place is not 5 stars is because it's never staffed arccdingly need to hire some more people or get a better schedule.
