STAY AWAY
Many pumps are out of service, lazy people park at the pump and people stopping here, mostly "neocanadians" and other kinds, who don't know how to drive are causing accidents... and obviously because of that the place is backed up all the way from the street

I have been coming to this location periodically throughout the years. With the most recent being last Monday. Great staff. Nice selection of different merchandise. I was even purchase a pair of comfortable clog shoes. For those future road trips weekend getaways and vacations. Just being under 18 dollars.

This store has developed or devolved into a pattern failure of the showers being down and no or stale coffee. This frequently occuring pattern is only for 3rd shift and weekends. The day shifts seem to be able to overcome the "Technical difficulties"

This is the best Pilot Flying J in my CDL history))) Very High water pressure in shower and friendly cool cashier(idk his name(but he looks like prince in cartoon?) Manager good job! Clean and smell good store. No trashes in area. Idk about McDonald's, Didn't go.

Maybe Mr. Cashier should worry less about what customers want to use their rewards for and worry more about making coffee! It’s 7:30 am and every Bunn is dry!!!! Pilot used to be known for having the best coffee on the road but not anymore.

I appreciate the note and the shower was nice and hot and pressure was good (this doesn’t happen often at pilots) - but what I DON’T appreciate is having to stand there wait 40 minutes when I was the only guest in line for a shower when they had 5 showers available.
At this point, just drop the notes and let me get in the shower asap, clean em one at a time, I’m very tired and just want to shower and get to bed.

Busy pumps….asked to make a whole veggie or cheese pizza…. Denied to cook both…. I don’t know why they have them on tv screen that they sell them…. Unsatisfied

They don’t know what they doing, I stopped to cash a comchek, the lady at the front desk they told me that she can’t, she did know what to do, i went next door to the T&A and they cashed right away, I was using it money to eat but the incapacitating & unprofessional people they don’t know what to do! I took my business next door, i got diesel and something of next door.

Shower look so old
Need upgrades
Shower #4 get very extremely hot every 6-13 second
got burnt 3x tryna take a shower. Mind u i leave it on warm temperature but it get hots itself in turn back normal temperature for some seconds before it go back hot again. I had too finish my shower in the sink
I think they do that on purpose so we don’t take longer in the showers or using more water. Thats why i left the water running when i left.
Just for that i didnt fuel here nomore

Use Exit 104 to access. Better gas prices than you will find to the east in Jackson or Ann Arbor, so fill up here if you can. The pump area is a bit tight but OK and in/out traffic can be heavy. There are always plenty of supplies to clean your windshield. The restrooms are fairly clean and well stocked. An adjoining McDonald's is available.
