Very disappointed. Searched everywhere for an opening to bring my dog for a nail trimming. Found Petco that accepted walk in’s and drove 45 mins. Arrived at 4:20pm just to get told the groomer left early and told no one because the cashier didn’t even know they left! I even called in advance and everything! So incredibly sad.

The grooming center was so good with my boy, he’s so big and playful and not a lot of other places like that about him. We really appreciated the communication and willingness to work with him. They’re the nicest here:)

It’s pretty messy in here and it took quite a while for someone to come to the register to check us out. My biggest pet peeve is when a store makes handing them my money the most difficult and time consuming part of my experience there. I recommend Pet Supplies Plus over this store.

If I could give zero I would. The very rude lady refused to sell goldfish. I don't understand how I can't buy 4 goldfish for a 5 gallon tank when they have crowded tanks that are close in size.

There was no leather roll dog collars at all and didn't have any of the type of dog food we feed our dogs.
