Dr. Atma mistakenly prescribed a too large of a dose of antibiotics that killed my dog. I asked him are there any side effects, he said no. Dr. Atma’s response after my dog died from a severe allergic reaction from a too large of a dose of antibiotics that he prescribed, was “I guess that was an oversight”. All I do is cry since I lost my best friend. If your pet does have an emergency, forget about scheduling a quick appointment, the response will commonly be we don’t have a time available or our scheduling system is down. If your pet is sick and has to stay over a holiday weekend they will heartlessly tell you to take your pet to emergency care, because they will be closing. Do not take your pets to this clinic.

Love Pennfield Vet. The staff is friendly the Vets are friendly and efficient, they answer questions and explain every treatment and medications given to the animals. Definitely the best Veterinary Clinic in Battle Creek.

We are new to the area and have a Red Eared Slider. We got an appointment in a reasonable time and they helped diagnose my turtle’s shell issue quickly. Everyone at the vet was friendly. Overall great experience.

The best veterinarian hospital in Battle Creek! The staff is so polite and got us scheduled quickly. The doctor was very professional and informative and didn’t try to up-charge our visit. Definitely recommend bringing your animal here!

Joey was treated by Dr Rivera very recently. She was great with him and took her time diagnosing and gently treating him. The vet assistants definitely deserve to be acknowledged too. They do a fabulous job and show their love of animals.
