Payless Liquor is a clean and fairly new store with a huge selection of almost every liquor, beer, wine, pop, and juice. It has so much to choose from and is fairly cheaper than most other places. The store is always clean and the staff is super cool. They have zero cold 2 liters, but it is the stop to hit for whatever you need.
