This will be the last time I will ever take my dog here. She was simply getting a puppy cut. They shaved her hair to the skin. We did not ask for this at all. They didn’t even cut her nails properly either. When she was picked up the lady said she was matted ALL over so that’s why they shaved her. Which was a lie. We have came here before the last time she was groomed. The lady (Angel) was shown a picture of what my dog look like last time. And she stated, “oh she looked better the last time”. To me this overall experience was very unprofessional. UPDATE: My dog just turned 10 months so that’s impossible for me to bring her “every 10 months”. That’s a flat out lie. Second of all there was NEVER a Matt release form ever given to us. If that’s the case we wouldn’t even be in this situation. I would never bash a company for something if I was completely in the wrong. My dog does in fact get brushed daily. she wasn’t severely matted the ‘Before’ picture was taken a few days before her appointment. I have came here a few times before and was satisfied, but this will be the last time.

Nikki was very happy to see our dog. She is the only one that's ever been able to cut his nails without him getting anxious.

My dog comes here for grooming and dog daycare when she is getting groomed. Jess is by far one of my favorite people there, my dog loves going to see her friends at daycare and gets extremely excited when I mention it. The groomers always do an amazing job as well

Paws and Claws is the best! Paid extra to have a groom done straight through done and it was absolutely worth it. My dog has never been cleaner! I will always use them! Best groomers in town!

Took my cat Ernesto this morning for his first grooming appointment. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to get me in. Jessica went above and beyond while caring for Ernesto, providing excellent communication about my pet that she observed. He was calmly waiting for me when I picked him up and looked very handsome with his fresh shampoo. Will definitely be going back!

Never have a problem so far always takes care of my dog Rachel was the best decision they could have made so glad they hired her the best groomer ever. I lost my dog so I haven't had a reason to return but when I went once every 2 weeks they were fantastic little on the pricey side but I gladly paid it

This place is AMAZING . I took Nova Lee there for her first spa day and they were absolutely wonderful and welcoming to my pitty girl. Definitely will be a returning customer.

I cannot say enough about the staff here. My old guy Friday hardly lets people pick him up.. he was abused prior… and they treat him so well through his fear and freaking.. thank you staff for loving my old guy ❤️
