I am writing to express my concerns regarding the ongoing issues with my claim. Unfortunately, I have encountered significant challenges with communication and delays that are causing considerable distress.Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I have experienced long delays in responses from your team, including leaving voicemails for the claims specialist without receiving a timely callback. Additionally, there appears to be a lack of communication between your office and the contractors involved. This has left me in a difficult position, trying to facilitate approval for a repair quote from a highly reputable restoration company.Further complicating matters, ALE Solutions has been unable to reach your office to extend my hotel stay. I have text messages from ALE Solutions confirming that an extension was approved, yet the hotel has informed me that payments for the last two weeks have not been made.Lastly, I am also concerned that the on-site adjuster overlooked a damaged room, as it was not included in the estimate provided.I hope these issues can be addressed promptly, as the delays are significantly impacting the resolution of my claim.

Paul Clark State Farm processed my claim and I received a check--all within two (2) weeks. I would recommend them if you are looking for car or home insurance.

I use to have a good experience with this company. But when I had some issues I wrote a email to them. I work from 730am until 530pm. My agent was great and understanding that email was the best way to contact me and when she needed to confirm verbally it would be a quick conversation she understood. When I was trying to figure out why my bill keep goin up every month, I sent a email was pretty upset and got to hear from the manager of the branch. She told me the only way to solve this issues was I had to call, even though I told her I did not have the time. I asked her to send me a couple ideas to help me save money on my insurance, it has been a week no response at all. She ask me what can we do to solve this issues. My thought were I pay you guys to help me out, why do I have to take time out of my job to help them with theirs, when that is what they are trained to do.
So I haven't gotten a response and pretty sure I will be switching insurance companies soon.

Right now, I'm disappointed. I've been playing phone tag with a representative for a week now, texting too, and still have not received a solid response to my insurance needs. I've been with them for years too. I'd like someone to answer when I call. It's you can't meet my needs, say so.Update:I went to the office and that was the smart choice. My needs were complicated and really needed a face to face meeting. Sarah, Kathryn, and "T" all came together and made it happen. Plus, they saved me money in the process! Thanks State Farm!

I love state farm! Paul Clark's office has been fabulous to me and my family. Ken the agent that assisted me today was phenomenal. Times are hard and unfortunately like showed up but Ken was there to make sure that me, my property and my vehicles would be okay. He was courteous and kind and I will refer this agency to all my friends!
