This place we've used for years, not only do they do their job right and have a neat little gift shop with Melissa and Doug stuff, but the customer service is off the charts, kind vibes that feel genuine, every single time. I don't know how they do it. The workers should be teaching classes on it. It's like a place you'd go out of your way to go just to improve your day by interacting with them.

$90 dollars to ship a small package inside United States. Wanted to charge me for their box to get insurance. A box is a box. They come single or double walled no difference. Planet haters, how about reuse something instead of searching for profit.

Heather packed my 39” antique Santa doll securely with wrap that looked like Saran Wrap securing her arms against her torso so as not to shift, and managed to do this to secure her head and her legs. She wrapped her hands and feet is foam wrap and bubble wrapped the doll like a mummy. A plentiful amount of peanuts surrounded her as she was double wrapped in custom boxes to fit her size. Thick sticky square’s styrofoam was added to the top of her head and bottom of feet, and strategically placed around the inside box before it was placed in the outside box. Thank you to Heather for going above and beyond to ensure this doll arrived and ready to be adored without any damage! From, Angela Newell on 4-10-24

I was totally impressed with Heather’s help in mailing my 75th birthday present from my husband that we had won at a local auction. The items were antique and fragile. The 2 packages were packed very carefully and arrived quickly and safe. Heather sent a thoughtful birthday card too in the package. Thank you for your kindness.

I went to pakmail around noon and the lady at the counter was super enthusiastic. I wanted to deliver a couple packages here because the post office was closed on presidents day. She greeted me as soon as I walked in and promptly took care of my return package for me in less than 30 seconds. She really acted like she loved her job even though she was the only one there and working on a holiday no less. She was amazing. Somebody give her a raise.

Pak Mail is a blessing for Battle Creek!I have been shipping packages there for years! The customer service is TOP NOTCH! They are always friendly, they remember you, even when it’s been a while since you’ve been in. They always ask how you’re doing and care about your response!I love the flexibility of shipping services and the location! You can’t ask for better!
