I have always been satisfied with my interactions with staff at Omni. My accounts have been well taken care of. My checking card works. Overall i have found Omni to be my favorite.

I recently had the privilege of working with Courtney Shirey on the purchase of a home. To say she went above and beyond would be an understatement. Courtney was thorough, patient, kind and explained every detail to make the process smooth, efficient and make us feel comfortable. From start to finish she had this wrapped up in 30 days! Courtney even offered to attend the closing to ensure she would be there to answer any questions we had. Such a great experience!

My experience was positive, however they need more help during lunch hour as well as those who get off work after 3:00 pm. It would be really nice to being open half days on Saturday for the community needs.

Absolutely, hands down, no questions asked the worst possible bank I have every gone too. Is it pretty? Yes. Although, I attempted to purchase a car from a gentleman that had his vehicle under finance. I had a cashiers check, to pay his remaining amount and some to him for the car. This cashiers check is from a very well known bank on the SE side of the state. Nearly 30 locations less than 2 hours away. Although, Omni Community credit union would NOT accept the check. At this point the gentleman and I have 9-10 hours EACH invested into making this deal work. I live in SE michigan, he lives in southern indiana. We are nearly 6 hours apart. After begging the woman at the front desk to just call and verify to one of the most common banks in michigan. She calls, contacts them, verifys the check. THEN CONTINUES TO SAY NO!! I am just genuinely mind boggled and disgusted with this bank and how they operate. CHOSE ANY OTHER OPTION THAN OMNI COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION!!

Drive thru needs a lot of improvement I sat at the one on Roosevelt for 1 hour there is no reason to have to sit that long ?with bad back conditions made it worst they need faster people

I had an excellent experience, everyone was very helpful from the phone to actually going into the branch. I was a day early for my appointment lol and they still saw me during their free time that they had. Great customer service.

I appreciate the fact that staff members are consistently friendly, conscientious and knowledgeable. The only hiccup I had recently was trying to purchase rolled coin; unfortunately the teller who helped me didn't know how to enter this into the system and what I thought would be a quick transaction, wasn't.
