This bank is the worst with customer service. I had issues with my account and messaged them. It has been days and they still haven't responded. Other banks take only 24 hours. My check should have been available to me this morningbut no it still pending a deposit. Other banks release the funds the morning they are due, not the the next day. When I call they don't answer and keep me on the line for over an hour. When I go to the bank they have me wait 20 minutes before helping me even though I am the only person at the drive thru I will be leaving this bank.

I have been with ONB for so many years I can't remember and they are professional caring and oh so throughalThe staff is down right amazing..i suppose just having been with them for so long explains everything.. They go beyond 5 stars.

I have been with this bank for many years and through several name changes, and I have mostly dealt with this particular branch. The staff here gives such great, personal service. It's always a pleasure to come in, they great you and treat you like family. Everyone is super helpful and friendly and it's been a great bank to deal with over the years!

I have been a credit union member for over 25 years and recently switched to Old National Bank. Old National Bank is hands down the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and SO helpful. I needed to change my PIN and they helped me with every step. Thank you ONB on Columbia Avenue, you are amazing!
