Environment is welcoming. Staff are friendly and courteous. They also work to push patients towards recovery goals without going overboard. Other BC area facility is closer but the extra drive to Pennfield is well worth the drive.

Katelyn was in tune with what Maddie's needs were & she listened. She was patient & understanding with Maddie each & every time. She is a great person all around. She is laid back & relaxed. She knows how to make people comfortable.
