Last Saturday I was hearing a noise coming from the rear of my car. As John is not open on the weekends, I decided to take it to a different place. I received a quote for brake pads and rotors. I then went home to look into my finances. I made an appointment with John and when he looked at my rear brakes, he informed me that the other place never took the brakes off to check the calipers. I ended up needing those as well. He showed me my old parts and they were really bad. The cost was less than the other place if I would've had to replace calipers. And that's even if they did the correct work. John always makes sure m my car is safe. If you need work done, MSM Automotive is the place to go. John is very honest and doesnt beat around the bush. Very, very satisfied.

Great place! Timely service and good rates. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else in fact I've been going there for 30 years! The staff always treats me respectfully. Old school, no nonsense mechanics are very rare these days. Highly recommend!

I have been taking my car to John now for 10 years. I had been to so many auto shops before, but since I've met John I won't take it anywhere else. He is an honest mechanic. He is passionate about what he does and has decades of professional experience in the business. Yes he is often booked a week in advanced, it is a small shop with 2 mechanics, but he will treat your car like it was his own and dedicate time to it and make sure it is done right. He has helped me out in a pinch more than once. If you care about you car, take it to John.

Went there to get air in a tire and was greeted with a $4 charge for air for one tire! I guess the air is on inflation too! Geesh!
