Were quick with the repairs and listened. Great for older cars who have small problems that arent worth the money to fix because they will only work on the problems you ask. Now you have to communicate, but they are fantastic communicators from scheduling to picking up your car!

The guys over at Monro did a great service on my mustang and it was very affordable too.
Originally came in because I was going on a trip to Maryland and had a slight vibration. After a balance of tires , alignment and oil change the car felt brand new .
Scott really hit the nail on the head !

I walked in to change my breaks and the store manager told me they were busy, but took the time to inspect the breaks to make sure they were going to be ok until the day I came back for my appointment. The day of the appointment he was ready with the parts onsite and it was a matter of 1/2 hour and I was out with new brakes. I most definitely recommend this store and will be back when I need it. Thank you!

It was decent but the communication was not good and the secondary job they quoted was over priced. It wasn't a terrible experience but communication is key

Do not recommend nobody go to monro they said free tire but the tire was flat has a hole which's why I wanted pay for new tire. Then I got a new battery but battery light is still on I keep telling them about it I call them they don't remember me oh well you messed up this time

Today my son-in-law and I had oil changes done on our own vehicles at the Battle Creek Monro. We were happy that Jonathon Allen was so very friendly. We all had a nice short conversation. Too bad he has to go back to his own Monro on Monday. He made sure our vehicles were taken care of. Thank you, Jonathon. I pray you have a safe trip home.
